Got probably the worst pizza of my life tonight. Don’t normally make reviews but the two pizzas we got were undercooked, uncut, and sloppily falling apart. The image had no bites taken it actually just melted apart like this.

Ordered three pizza, one of them was missing cheese. There was white sauce on it, but there was definitely no cheese on it. We drove back to the store. The female worker there claimed that there was cheese on it. She refused to correct the issue. That is completely unacceptable, I’ve never had a restaurant refuse to fix a problem. Ordered a Memphis BBQ pizza with banana peppers for delivery. Received that pizza with normal marinara sauce on it (which it shouldn’t have), with BBQ sauce drowning the top of the pizza, and hardly any banana peppers. The pizza was poorly cut. As a food service worker, I’m typically understanding, but I’m not sure how this made it through multiple employees and got the “okay” when the pizza was wrongly made, and then lazily and wrongfully “fixed”.

I waited 2 ½ hours for this order, paid $50, and this is what I got? Just look at the pictures—greasy, cold, and completely disappointing. The box was soaked in oil, and the pizza looked like it had been sitting out for hours before it was even delivered. The toppings were barely holding on, and it tasted just as bad as it looked.
To make it worse, when I opened the box, the toppings were stuck to the lid, ripping off parts of the pizza. And to top it all off, part of my order was wrong.
I could understand if the long wait was because they were making something fresh, hot, and actually worth eating, but this was just horrible. There’s absolutely no excuse for this kind of quality, especially at that price. I won’t be back. Domino’s, do better.

Ordered a pizza as a special treat. Never had problems before with this location. They got every single thing wrong with my order. Wrong sauce, wrong toppings, wrong amount of sauce, and took forever. I spent $30 on this when I have limited income. I’m very upset

Terrible customer service
They failed to put cheese on our pizza. We brought it back and then they claimed that there was cheese on it when anyone with eyes can see there is no cheese., just white sauce. We’ve ordered this exact pizza before and it looked completely different… because it actually had CHEESE on it. The lady could have at least offered to remake it and charge me for extra cheese. Gaslighting customers is not the way to go if you want to make money. Never ordering from you again.

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes while they made my order… that I had placed online almost half an hour before. Gentleman working the window didn’t apologize for the wait or even acknowledge it. Disappointed. Wish I could say this is the first time.

My husband ordered dinner last night from Dominos on Church Street in Stevens Point and that is the last time we will order pizza from there.
Our past orders have been greasy, but last nights was inexcusable. I’ve attached photos of the boxes and my car seat. When I got home and picked the pizzas up from my car seat there was grease spilled out of the corner of the bottom box and my car seat now has a huge stain on it.
When I went back down to my car to assess the spill it was still visibly wet and I tried soaking some of it up with a newspaper. I’ll now need to figure out how to get pizza grease out of the passenger seat of my car.

I did pickup. I haven’t had Domies in a long time and was very happy with my pie. I got the New York style and it was delicious. It was hot and ready to go when I arrived.
