Noblesville does not deserve a pizza so good. This is probably the best pizza in Indy area and rivals some of the much more expensive options closer to downtown. The crust was so fresh and light that I could just eat the baked dough by itself.
The ingredients are very high quality, and there are some unusual topping combinations in the menu.
I have to applaud the owner of this food truck for daring to sell a pistachio mortadelle pizza in Noblesville out of all places, where people are happy chomping down melted grease on frozen factory made crusts.
If you think Noblesville pizza scene sucks, do yourself a favor and try out Mr. Dough Pizza.

I really liked this place the pizza was great, and fresh but I will not be using my card with them next time, the pizza was $12 and with taxes it came out to $13, overnight they changed the charge and it went up to almost $16. I dont know if they added on a tip themselves or something but no way I would pay $16 for a small CHEESE ONLY pizza. so please be aware!

I have tried so many pizzas all over Indiana but I can easily say these are the best pizzas I have ever had! Their ingredients are pure quality and you can feel it because after you eat you don’t feel like you ate something too heavy.
I have tried the pepperoni with honey, peasant, margherita, burrata with prosciutto and my favorite Mortadella pistachio, an incredible combination!
If you haven’t eaten here please don’t waste any more time and go, you will thank me!

This pizza is not what you would expect at all from a truck. It’s fresh ingredients, delicious specialty options, great dough, and all around a really good pizza. Will definitely be back.

We had a food truck come to our place of business. They were told to bring enough to feed 200 people, as this was an employee appreciation lunch. They brought enough food to feed 60 people. More than half of the staff got turned away. Definitely not a good first impression. The pizza was good, but after being told how much pizza to bring…. they should have brought what they were told. A lot of disappointed employees. What a shame.

Although having just opened a few months ago, the place is honestly one of the very best out here in Noblesville.
The owner is very attentive to customers and his pizzas are incredible.
