Ashley and Holly greeted me as soon as I walked in, and even though I didn’t see their faces until I reached the counter, they both welcomed me with warm, genuine smiles. They were incredibly kind, well-mannered, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. Food was also delicious as always. Love the Christmas home good feeling and decor as well.

I pulled up at 10:55 pm (accidentally-thought it was much earlier) in Douglas Georgia and they took my order and even made fresh fries (without my asking). When I realized what time it was & I apologized, they were so nice and said it wasn’t a problem at all & said it with a smile. Great team of people!! And great food too!

I was passing through this town and had never heard of Jack’s so we decided to check it out. The food was great and well seasoned. The only issue is the sweet tea wasn’t sweet. I was able to change the drink with no problem. The staff was very friendly and patient.

I have ate here for quite sometime and the food is good most of the time but the customer service is horrible. I just went through there like 10 mins ago and we went through the drive thru and the outside menu was on the lunch menu so my husband asked is they were serving breakfast and they employee named Ashley said “well obviously” and then said “we will get to it” which is so unprofessional.She pulled us up for our food and we waited about 15 minutes. We also had another incident were we door dashed from there and there wasn’t a way were we could add jelly to our order and cheese to my grits.So we called the first time to make sure they put jelly in the bag and then we called a second time to see if they could add the cheese to my grits and we was very polite and the second time we called a girl answered and was rude as can be and said “well you have called about this order 3 times” and her attitude was DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING. We have not been rude to none of the employees and when the first time this happened i gave the lady grace because i have worked fast food and i know what it is like if I’m tired or not having a good day thats why i left it alone but this is like the 2nd or 3rd time we have had horrible customer service and its uncalled for.
UPDATE: we spoke to Patrick Taylor, the hospitality coordinator, He was amazing and he kept asking is there anything else that he could do to satisfy us, He sat down with us and talked to us for over an hour. He is an amazing person, he was super hurt about our experience and he got right on it to fix it. we will be coming back and we are satisfied since we spoke with him.

Listen… we regularly place an order for the office. 4/5 items. We use the online orderering so they can get a head start on making it… yall they took 40 minutes today and forgot the one drink in the order. They regular take triple as long as the pickup time given and they have forgotten entire meals before from our order. They kind of just suck lol fries are good though

Service is slow I used to love the biscuit and gravy but the last 2 times that I have gone it has been god-awful. The barely give you any gravy the biscuits are dry and they give you the tops or no gravy barely at all it was cold this morning not even lukewarm so this is another restaurant in Douglas just went downhill and that was the only thing I would eat from there is no biscuits and gravy and now that ain’t even worth a dang. So there’s another restaurant that I’ll be crossing off my list.

The food is amazing. The service is horrendous. I dont leave reviews…ever. I think in my life, i may have left one before. But this establishment is such a disappointment. We’ve been there about 10 times. Each time we go, the order is wrong. The first time, the fries were missing (that’s all I ordered for myself, so I didn’t eat). The second time, a burger was missing. The third time, a chicken sandwich was missing. The fourth time, our sauce was missing. The fifth time, I ordered season fries and recieved regular. And so on. If you do go, check your order before you leave. The time before last, one of my kids was VERY sick. I asked if she wanted anything, bedbound with a 103 fever. She said she wanted a hamburger. My husband went to the drive thru after work and ordered for the family. They asked him to pull up. My husband is severely patient and well mannered. He despises causing a scene. He waited over an hour, watching cars go by. Waited for 15 minutes more when the drive thru was empty before he finally went in and lost his temper. He just wanted his money back at this point. His food was sitting there on the counter, cold, when he walked in. He talked to many different people that were trying to appease him. He just wanted his money back and to go home to his sick kid. They couldn’t make that happen, said his card wouldn’t allow the refund, which makes absolutely no sense. He came home angry with cold food. There was no excuse for that. I decided to give them one last chance today, because our family does enjoy their food. And, again, mistakes. The sauce was missing and the season fries I ordered were only regular fries. I knew better. I should have checked before I left. One of the bags was so wet, the food fell all over the place. Their “family size” sides are barely enoigh for one person. We will not be customers at this establishment in the future, and will not recommend it to anyone. So disappointing.

Visiting from IN and never been to jacks before . Everything from the parking lot , tables, to the bathrooms was super super clean ! The girl that took our order was a true definition of southern hospitality and welcomed us to Georgia . Made my kiddo feel extra special ! Food was great and cooked fresh and they brought us our food right to the table ! Deff will be back since we are visiting for the summer ! Thanks
