wonderful service and they were so sweet- we felt like family! the food was delicious and in huge portions so we definitely have leftovers of chicken breast teriyaki and chicken katsu for tomorrow (the gyozas were amazing too!). the food was so fresh and delicious, we will definitely be regulars! thank you so much 🙂

Incredible owners, generous portions, and top-notch customer service! They’re also open late, which is a huge plus. You can tell this place has many long-term regulars — that alone says a lot. My General Tso’s was perfect: flavorful sauce, great balance, and the chicken stayed crisp! I noticed they poke small holes in the container to let the steam escape so it doesn’t get soggy — such a thoughtful detail! It’s right next to the value village, a hidden gem forsure!

Was one other patron sitting eating dinner when I came in. Pretty average facilities for a strip mall food place. Ordering was a little precarious with just one menu and some pictures of food on the wall. Winged it. First negative thing was when I was given a plastic glass to fill at the water cooler. Glass was grabbed out of a box on the floor and I noticed she turned it over and tapped it on palm of her hand as if to dislodge something… didnt work. Whatever it was it was stuck on the inside of the e glass. Needless yo say I didn’t drink any water. Food was served and was pretty good for strip mall food. Good quantity. Good taste. Serves hot. Earlier incident with the water glass made me want to cut my visit short. I did eat my fill… at my own peril and left with kind regards. Probably would pass by next time I’m in the area.

This is the best teriyaki in the area. Great portion size, very fresh. I always order to go but the restaurant itself it very clean and a quaint hole in the wall. Very nice owners and very speedy service. Will make this my spot for teriyaki!

First time visit. The staff was ultra friendly. I believe they were the owners. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were awesome (big). The lady came out to talk to us. Very nice. They do habe lunch specials. The reason why I gave 4 stars and not five was the wait time for our food. It was most definitely fresh. However we waited almost 20 minutes and we were the only people in the restaurant. There were to go orders being made. I would recommend this place.

After looking at the reviews, I thought I would try this neighborhood restaurant near my home. The food tasted fresh but lacked flavor. I’m more accustomed to crispy orange chicken and this was a bit soggy and lacked flavor.

The fried rice was good with vegetables not normally found in typical fried Chinese rice. It included zucchini and peppers.

The wonton weren’t good at all, mostly wonton dough with a tiny amount of cream cheese.

The staff was friendly and gracious. I’m not likely to return though. Better choices around town for the same $$$.

Ginza Teriyaki is such a great little spot! It’s very clean and welcoming, with easy parking right out front, which is always a plus. The lady who runs the place is so kind – she does have a heavy accent, but I honestly think that’s why a few people might have misunderstood her in the negative reviews. She was nothing but super nice and helpful during my visit.

The food was delicious and came in generous portions – definitely worth the price. Everything tasted fresh, and you can tell they put care into the meals. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for tasty teriyaki in a comfortable, clean setting!

I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to write a bad review but this has to be said so hopefully the owners can make improvements…
1. food is WAY overpriced! My broccoli beef was $19.99
2. The beef was very thick and tough, impossible to chew with my braces.
I questioned it it was even beef? Also the flavor was almost fruity which was is not meant for a beef dish…???
3. The sesame chicken was really soggy and flavorless.
4. The rice was WAY over cooked, like one big block and very sticky and mushy.
5. There were no menus and a dirty white board that was hard to read, prices weren’t clarified.
6. The place was dirty and I walked into the bathroom and walked right out… figured I will go at home.

I’m very upset this meal costed $50 with tip included. I also took note that the whole place seemed dirty. I wish I would have noticed all of this and said nevermind. So disappointed, my boyfriend even threw away half of his meal.

The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Also the portion was huge. The owners were really nice. I will definitely be back.
