Ordered pizza and wings with mild sauce got home and it tasted like it was sweet Caribbean pork sauce. No heat at all. Waited 25 minutes for food and the entire time listen to this women complain about her two days a week job here. Also pizza dough was just sitting out on the counter in a large baking sheet making dough over rise. With a plastic sheet barley on it. Pizza was mutilated creased not cut into 3 inch squares not normal cut pizza shape I ordered a pizza pie, not a pizza cake. Definitely not going back there again

Pizza was great, garlic knots were the highlight. When I was waiting someone on the phone was complaining about a mistake with their order, they wanted a full refund and she was very rude to the employee. Employee said, “Sure, I’ll give you a full refund and your banned for life.”

This place frequently drops the ball. I’ve ordered from them a few times and it’s always something. This last time I ordered a hand tossed pizza and they gave me a thin crust. When I called to remedy this they told me “it’s a hand tossed pizza it just got smushed” and offered me a $5 credit (on a $25+ order). They were very apologetic and I finally got a $10 credit (they said that’s all they can do) but I didn’t get any confirmation of this (I guess they wrote it down?) and I was told just to call in my next order. I like chanellos, I know I’m “getting what I pay for” but this location has burned me one too many times to go back.

Whoever is working tonight on September 16th at 8:00pm, We get it we do, they only have you in there working the ENTIRE store. Maybe they’re understaffed for whatever reason but that’s a management problem not us the customer. Your attitude made my husband leave and not even want to order. He called to place the order, you hung up on him. We decided to just walk in and order, and the treatment there was still poor… so we left. Where management falls should not rub off on CUSTOMERS!!! I use to love Chanello’s pizza until I ordered a medium specialty Hawaiian pizza and a Large supreme pizza. When I opened the box of the Hawaiian pizza there was a pubic hair in it. Sitting right on top of one slice. I threw both boxes away. Very disgusting to play with someone’s food that they paid for.

My daughter and I ordered a pizza right before close, unfortunately we didnt realize until after and were gracious they took our order. Me being a major pizza lover was hesitant when my daughter picked Chanellos, I must say it was VERY delicious, we got a large with spinach, ham, bacon, and roma tomatoes, very fresh! I definitely will be using them more, also the driver was very polite, for it being so late. Thanks Chanellos your excellent!! update-

This one was in hampton on king street. Workers touching the food without gloves on. Making sandwiches with no gloves. The chicken wings were half cooked. Called to talk with manager about the food and was told I doubt that’s true!!

Ordered some pizzas and called 15mins later on the way there to make sure they had what we wanted. Was told they were making the order. Get there and order is not made. Okay. We were happy to wait because it was late. Waited a while. When we get home with the pizzas, mine was literally raw on one side.
