A charming and welcoming atmosphere with delicious food. The location is great with a nice large patio we’ll definitely be back to enjoy. Ou server was friendly and the service was prompt. We had the Portland Dip and the Patty Melt and both were fantastic. I highly recommend the tots (truffle is the best!). Scooby snacks are always a great starter, especially with the Portland mustard. I have also had the gyro, burger, and Ruby Ale at other locations and also enjoyed those items. Our server was also kind enough to make me a raspberry milkshake to go. Thank you for a great lunch!

Nice restaurant, serving McMenamins craft beer, seltzer and wine. It’s just one room, space so maybe not as magical as some McMenamins locations. I enjoyed a flight and a pint. Friendly staff.

I popped in for a quick lunch on a Saturday. The server was attentive and friendly.
The food selection was typical Mcmenamins fare. The fish and chips were a bit over fried. The rootbeer was cold and delicious as expected.

Only just discovered this location (new to the neighborhood), so only been a few times so far. Each time we’ve tried something new and have not been disappointed yet. The food has been made fresh and hot every time. Menu is small but has a good variety. Beers have been great. Service has been wonderful every time. Looking forward to becoming a regular.

Tasty burgers and brew! The Hillsdale location has a smaller, community feel, consistently great service and a cozy atmosphere. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating area. We’ve been to plenty of McMennamins, large and small, and this one is a winner.

Considering how understaffed restaurants currently are, I’d say they’re holding up ok. We had no wait getting a table, the wait staff were great, even with the long wait for orders to appear – we assumed that the big sign outside offering a hefty bonus to whomever fills the cook’s job was the reason, and so won’t complain about that. The food was fine (fish tacos & burgers) and patrons few enough that it felt safe during our visit. Thanks for hanging tough everyone!

Typical McMenamins, food was OK, service was OK, beer was good. Smaller parking lot, but location is easy to find. Nice local pub vibe. Very good happy hour menu, better than most with plenty of options.
