The Abbey is my go to place to get great coffee and a little work done while perusing the vast book selection you cant find anywhere else. The staff are warm and kind, willing to help you find the perfect book or drink! GO HERE!

Urban Abbey is my go to place! I come here all the time to study. The staff is amazing and super friendly! Best coffee Ive ever had, I always get the smashing the patriarchy latte. The atmosphere is also amazing of course! I wish I could give this place more than five stars, if you haven’t gone here, you need to check it out!

My favorite coffee shop! The drink options are amazing (my personal favorite is the smashing the patriarchy latte), and the staff is the best! They always remember us and our orders, and overall they create such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This is the perfect place to study and I always look forward to coming here.

Super friendly service and one of the best ambiences as far as coffee shops go! If you need a cozy, warm, and friendly atmosphere to enjoy your coffee, study, do work, or simply enjoy the passerby in an urban area sitting from the plentiful indoor seating looking through grand floor-to-ceiling windows, this is your spot. As far as the coffee goes, I wouldn’t say it is world class, but it is certainly good. Refills are only $1 but I noticed I was charged full-price twice. Would I come her again? Absolutely I would!

Such a cool space that is equal parts coffee shop, book shop, and community event space. They have the standard fare of espresso beverages and a huge seating area for work or conversation. Since it is at the Old Market, you can also grab a coffee to go and explore the shops in the area. Metered parking is plentiful. ☕

First time customer. So much more than I expected. Coffee was great and I purchased a fun selection of gifts, too. Fun spot for a quick business meeting. Little free library outside!

This place was like a warm hug signed a Christian, lesbian, black woman. I visited Omaha for a wedding, I’m from metro GA btw. It’s so inclusive, so welcoming. The staff was so friendly. They had great books, teas, and other knickknacks. If you go in the fall try the pumpkin chai latte with a shot of espresso . Thank me later

A lovely coffee shop and place for connection. Went in here for a coffee, left with a bag of books and a head full of great conversation an hour later. Worth the trip just for the books if you are looking for really thoughtful books exploring a more open, welcoming Christianity. Also great if you teach Sunday school and looking for good board books to read out loud!
