I walked in and was not greeted, 3 people working and 2 were visibly high. The counter where they make the pizza was completely disgusting with toppings all the way down and no effort was made to clean it up before they started my order. I’ve been to many Mod locations as I love the pizza but this one needs a lot of work. Every single station needs to be cleaned it’s very very messy. The staff did not smile and was not friendly. Tables were dirty, they were out of lids and very disorganized. I’m in disbelief of how bad this location is compared to other Mods in the area.

This is a favorite of mine. I’ve been to this location a few times. The staff has been friendly and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. The pizzas are oven toasted and tasty. You get to choose what goes on them and the sauce. I get the mini pizzas during lunch time.

One of the most disgusting restaurants I have ever been to. Unfortunately I did not realize the state of uncleanliness until after I had paid, otherwise I would not have purchased anything. Floors were covered in garbage and food, the drink area was filthy, and the counters were covered in food. The food was subpar, they had to make my pizza twice as they burned the first one. The second one was still burnt and had a giant bubble across most of the pizza. The atmosphere presented by the employees was not welcoming. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Have taken pizzas to go twice from this place. Pizzas are always really good. Nothing to complain about. If you like to custom your pizza this is the place to go. In addition, their cauli crust and gluten free crust are both very delicious!

If you are looking for the WORST PIZZA of your life, search no more! You’ll find it here! Ordered 3 pizzas and all three were half crust with all the ingredients piled up in the middle. Ya’ll need to take a course in “basic pizza construction”. Ridiculous excuse for food. Not only were all three pizzas horrible, they were missing ingredients that we requested. I can honestly say, I’ll never to return to ANY Mod Pizza ever.

This was my second visit and it was just OK. The food was very good but the employees didn’t acknowledge us for a good 2 minutes. I felt like we were the only people who wanted to be there. It is a very hard time for restaurants to get great workers but they could have done better. I’m sure I’ll go back but today was not great.

I’ve been to this location twice and it’s hit or miss with customer service. The concept is great, basically the Moe’s of pizza. One flat rate for whatever type and amount of topping you want. I’ve gone all the meats previously, but this time I went Mod size, white sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella base. Pepperoni, salami, and bacon along with more mozzarella before the pie was put in the brick fire oven. My finishing sauces were the fig balsamic and the hot honey. My wife went with a mod size, white sauce, garlic, mozzarella, ricotta, and feta base. Basil, tomatoes, mushrooms, and chicken finished it off. We had to wait 5 minutes for the white sauce to be restocked before our pizza could be made.
The dining room is always dirty. I mimic what other reviews said about having to clean a table before sitting. The tables around the corner are extremely wobbly as if the floor is uneven or sloped toward the wall. The ice machine always sounds like it’s dying and extremely loud. The counter in the beverage area looks like it’s only cleaned once a month. The plate area was very under stocked. The parmesan cheese shakers were all basically empty. Employees seemed to have ample time to go smoke or play on their phone outside the backdoor though.
The food is always good. Great value for the price. Hundreds of possible combinations for toppings and sauces.
The service? It’s not what brings you back.
