I couldn’t be more thankful for the kind people that work at this Port of Subs location! They went above and beyond for us, we made a catering order for our sons buzz light year themed birthday party and when I told them it was for my 3 year old son, and the we were making “buzz fuel packs” out of the sandwiches, they offered to individually wrap all of them in tin foil for us! They took a lot off of our plates and helped us make this day so special for our son. Couldn’t be more appreciative and impressed by this team of people! Special shout out to Samantha for having our order ready and specialized for us early on a Sunday morning! ❤️

SKIMPY SKIMPY SKIMPY DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANY OTHER SANDWICH SHOP IF YOU WANT THE MEAT YOU PAY FOR. OVERPRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET!

We did catering for a wedding. We ordered 10 6’ subs. The service and staff was great however the amount of meat they put on the sandwich is really pathetic and not worth the money you pay. You basically are paying for bread and the veggies with a very thin layer of meat.

I do not recommend the catering due to this

Samantha at port of subs.. you rock. We have ordered party trays twice now, with samantha. She is always happy and patient when im trying to explain what i want. She gives suggestions to the order that i didnt know i could get. Also just an all around pleasure to talk to. Its like calling a friend and not a business. Give this lady a raise!! P.s. would have given 6 stars but the option is not there. Lol

We were craving a Hot pastrami & swiss, so we know Port of Subs usually delivers one of the best in Nampa. Today was a HUGE disappointment! We ordered 1 large on sourdough w/mayo, mustard/pickles+ 1 Xtra large just how it comes & 2 bottles of water. We ended up with ” paper thin pastrami.” One side of my sourdough roll was completely dry, nothing dressed. Our total cost was $36.00!! Are you kidding me? We could have ordered two hotdogs & soda at Costco for less than $5.00!! I gave 2 stars for service because there was only 1 guy working. He took our order quickly thru the drive-thru. However, we sat at the drive up window for over 10 minutes waiting on our order. Finally, my Son went into the store. He felt bad because there was only one employee that was working. He completely had forgotten about us. Took a few pics of our order. Clearly you can see the lack of substance you can look forward to when getting a sandwich at Port of Subs. I hope this is a one off, but if you have a business that only schedules one employee per shift, I honestly can’t see how one can make money doing this, unless it is by providing NO Value for Overcharged, tasteless products. I wasn’t expecting to pay $36 for a loaf of bread.

Jessica at Port of Subs in Nampa turned a simple sandwich run into real hospitality. She gave smart suggestions, grabbed me a middle brownie piece (the best!), and made the whole visit brighter with her smile and friendliness. Not just a sandwich shop moment — she made it an experience.

Delicious sandwiches! Made fresh and just the way you like it. Extensive menu, they have hot and cold sandwiches along with sides such as soup, chips, and cookies. Dining room is nice and clean, staff are friendly. Drive thru is a good option from lunches on the go.

I’m not sure it was worth the wait. Stringy Pastrami not even hot by the time I got it in the drive through. Mustard was smeared on top of my sandwich. Tastes like Reser’s grocery potato salad not even homemade.
Pickles were fantastic. Overall Not impressed

This place should be embarrassed. I’m disturbed that the reviews are so high, I had such expectations, of a decent sandwich nothing more. The drive through is an afterthought, there’s a homemade speaker, they can’t hear you, you can’t hear them, then they get your order wrong. Fine, we’ll live. But then we get the sandwiches and the amount of meat the put on is honestly negligible. Photo included. The slices are so thin, I assume to hide the fact that they use the lowest quality of lunchmeat available, it is so processed that it looks more rubber than animal product, but then out of those paper thin slices, they put, what? 3 slices on the sandwich itself? The lettuce they stacked on looks ill and wilted. Overall, not a place that deserves 4.1. Dare I say Subway is better.

So I ordered the 8″ grilled chicken and provolone sub with the garlic parmesan bread. On the sandwich I have pickles, olives, spinach, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and ranch. I ordered the 8oz macaroni side regular lays chips and the large Dr.Pepper. Dr.Pepper is 10/10 for me Because they actually added less ice than restaurants normally do and I like it like that but if you don’t you’ll want to specifically state otherwise. Macaroni probably 8/10 because it taste like normal macaroni salad. I mean it taste good but it taste exactly like the ones you can buy at WinCo so not super big like taste explosion or anything like that. It’s a little bland like the store brand but still good so the 8/10 sticks. The sandwich I’d also give an 8/10 because the chicken was a little more dry than I’d like my grilled chicken but other than that the veggies all tasted very fresh and were well chopped. The bread tasted good was nice and soft but not soggy from the condiments. The only issue was the chicken but for a first try they tasted very well! Overall I’d give a 4.5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ if you’re into quick, fresh, healthy meals and you want to try something new I believe this is the place to go.
