The absolute best Chinese restaurant in NZ hands down! This is my favourite restaurant; I’ve never been disappointed EVER! Enjoy the flavours from an award winning chef and super reasonable prices too; something for everyon. This is the place to go if you’re in Hamilton hands down!!!

Hamilton never fails to deliver when it comes to top-quality dim sum. I’ve lived in New York, San Francisco, and Hong Kong, and the dim sum here genuinely holds its own against some of the best I’ve had anywhere.
The xiao long bao were larger than expected but still full of flavor, the house chili sauce on the table was excellent, and Grandma’s slow-braised pork belly served with bao buns was an absolute standout. I already know I need to come back for the duck.
I went at lunchtime on a Monday and there were no trolleys. Everything was ordered straight off the menu. The space is clearly set up for groups, with large round tables and big lazy Susans that would be perfect for a shared meal.
Pro tip: order the prawn toast and use the kewpie mayo they come with on the pork belly buns. Exquisite.

Birthday meal for me and it was great.
Highlight was the orange beef, I have not had this in years and it was top draw, if you haven’t had it please try it.
The duck was great as always and the tofu was well done and flavorsome.
Menus are easy to read and have some grammatical mistakes which make it very funny.

We absolutely loved our dinner here. The food was delicious, every dish! The staff were lovely, the food came out quickly A+++++++++ restaurant Our new favorite place to dine! I’m Gluten Free and there were a lot of options for me that weren’t stated on the menu. I asked the waitress to point them out and there were so many to choose from which was great My absolute fav was the Chinese salad!!! Yum

Went for a wedding banquet and was happy with the food. The salted egg soft shell crab, jellyfish salad and the cumin lamb were the highlights.

I’ve been here for several times and during my last visit found some positive changes I’ve noticed that they use new dishes, plates and cups for serving tea and main meals, and also tables looked much cleaner, so I was really enjoying the atmosphere and view around☺️☺️☺️
This time I’ve tried roast pork with chilli on rice, 14.8,not the lowest price for this meal in Hamilton but it was yammy, enough meat, rich taste
Moreover they have a new main menu, not lunch express menu,another one, it’s new and looks modern, I liked it.
Only one small thing need to be changed maybe, the edge of the plate was a bit chipped, can spoil the impression for the customers.
Anyway it is good place and I would like to try more traditional tastes here

We have booked throughout Zomato and just called to confirm, and it was ok. We ordered 4 plates, plus fried rice. Fast service, delicious plates. We brought 3 native Chinese students with us and the food was approved according to their Chinese taste, which make this experience even better. Staff were courteous and ready to answer any question. Surely, will come back anytime soon.
