It was one of the largest Starbucks. They did a great job making our drinks plus we had one of the grilled cheese sandwiches for the first time. They grilled it and it tasted good. What a surprise. They had instant coffee single packages that we were looking for. So we purchased a few of them to take on future trips. Enjoy your trip to this Starbucks!

This location is excellent inside and outside. The employees are always awesome and the facilities are always clean. You ask for xtra caramel drizzle and they actually deliver.

Ordered two large lattes. Asked for sugar and server acted like that was an inconvenience. Was not provided a receipt. The lattes were terrible, undrinkable and had no discernible coffee in them. Ridiculous waste of money, awful experience.

I was in the parking lot and I witnessed a horrifying episode with one of your Starbucks baristas being extremely aggressive towards another Starbucks customer waiting in the drive-thru. The barista was yelling and slamming the trash can lid up and down while yelling at the driver of a vehicle in the drive-thru. She was screaming that the customer was blocking her path to the dumpster. She then escalated the interaction by walking over to the passenger window and stuck her face in the window and began yelling at the passenger. She continued to escalate the situation by repeatedly hitting the passenger’s window and continuing to shout obscenities.
When she arrived at the dumpster, she started screaming more obscenities while throwing the trash in the dumpster.
I’m highly disturbed at this interaction and I hope this is brought to the proper channels to handle this.

This store has to be the most dirty out of all the locations in Rohnert Park. Every single time I have come by to order in the morning, the bathrooms and lobby are always unkept. I see baristas eating and drinking behind the counter which is definitely a health code violation. Especially with handling food and drinks without washing their hands. Please do better. Such a beautiful store just taken for granted at this point.

These guys are great. They take care of you and will always help make sure your order is just the way you want it. If not they will make it again. Everyone from going inside to drive thru is very nice and they work very hard to push orders out and get the customer on the way. Anyone that thinks otherwise is wrong. Very nice and friendly and the accomplish what they need to do in a good amount of time. They continue to show improvement even in a rough spot. They are making you a drink so be nice and friendly like they are to you and everyone can have a good day. Keep up the good work and don’t let people who say you can’t accomplish anything or have done nothing stop you guys from being my favorite store and I’m sure others favorite.
