I haven’t been to Panda in probably a year. Last time we went the service was awful and the food as well. A couple nights ago I wanted to buy protein to complete the meal I had and thought of giving them another try. Im so disappointed and decided to write this review in hopes they do better and maybe save someone money and time.
Let’s start by the experience. I went on the drive thru. I sat at the screen/intercom for 2 minutes with no greeting, no ill be right there, nothing. I thought it may be broken so I said ‘hello?’ And the perosn on the other side said ‘wait please’. But he definitely had an attitude. Any way, I placed my order, a small box of chicken and string beans and a small box of walnut shrimp. Get to the window and the guy tells me the total, I hand him my card… yes, technically this is is all fine, but this guy’s looked like someone just ran over his dog or something. He was just like there. No emotion. No greeting. I felt like I was bothering him… any way I get my food. Get home and was SO disappointed. The chicken and steibg beans was mostly stri g beans… it had like a few little tiny pieces of chicken and the sauce on the walnut shrimp was like notdissolved.it was in chunks on the shrimp, also no napkins or utensils and like 10 soy sauces…. the picture below is what i dumped on the plate. I paid like $15 for THAT! Needless to say i will not be back.do better Panda! You are in a prime location, please make good use of it, or leave and make room for something better.

this was my first time having takeout at this new location and the food was more than excellent! on top of that, ella, one of the employees there is a very sweet lady . this panda express is one of the better locations in clermont for sure and i will def be frequenting here more often

Went here and had the best experience. Arrived at 10pm, 30 min before close and every single person was pleasant. Best experience of PE in Clermont, versus other location. Food was good, location is nice and customer service was A1! I forgot to get a plastic bag and the sweet girl brought us one before we could ask!

Corporate needs to get it together and stop wasting paper, petroleum, and my gas money. Got this in the mail and it equals nothing. Sorry for the very brief view of the coupon in the video, but it shows the location, date, and that the scan code doesn’t even work. I did give 3 stars because the last time I was there, the food and service was par.

This was my 2nd visit to this location. The 1st visit the drive thru experience was extremely long. On 2/17/26 at 6:38 pm, I decided to give this location another chance. I order a family meal with 1 noodle, 1 fried rice, 2 orange chicken, 1 grilled teriyaki chicken; upon take the teriyaki out of the bag the smell of rotten meat hit my nose. I didn’t want to believe they’d be severing rotten meat, but they did, even the texture was off. They drowned the rancid meat in teriyaki sauce to minimize the smell. I tied the meat in a bag and placed in the refrigerator to return for a refund. I contacted the store and was told that a manager would need to issue the refund since it was a meal the employee would not be able to decide how much to refund. I left my contact info, it’s been seven days and no call from the manager. Be careful eating at this Panda Express!

My family and I sat inside and ordered fried rice with teriyaki chicken. It took 4 of us 30 minutes to get our food and eat it, not counting the fact that two of us never got our stuff after the rest of the family was done eating. We watched them serve 10+ people fried rice while telling us it still isn’t ready?! We are sitting right in front and had to just walk out because it took that long and we never got the food. SAD for a brand new restaurant!! We will never be coming here again, only the other one nearby.

We came here today at 8:10pm, we ordered food with barely anyone here and they were soo slow. On top of it, we asked for teriyaki sauce and did not get any, but we were still at the window. 2 Asian women working saw us waving and did not attend to us. We continued to wait and I told another lady who was Spanish that the 2 Asian women saw us but didn’t even acknowledge us. One was wearing all black and looked like the manager.

I was excited for the opening of this Panda Express, but I got disappointed. The steak pieces were overcooked like rock and the orange chicken overcooked too. It didn’t taste like real meat. It was hard to eat and I didn’t eat it. The noodles with cabbage and onions were okay. This food is overflowed with oil. I hope that you do something about it or you won’t have many customers.
