The iced coffee taste like it was mixed with chai, tea bags or SOMETHING.. not sure how that even happens. We turned around to go back to get new coffees & it taste the same exact way. How does that even happen.. I wasted money on 2 coffees that taste nothing like coffee even after explaining the issue. It was absolutely disgusting, threw it out the second time as welll. Very disappointed as i used to come every week.

Now I have been going to this Dunkin for years and I mean lve been going to this Dunkin since 2020 so I’m very loyal to this Dunkin they always make my drink right and even on days it’s not the best I give them the benefit of the doubt as long as it taste ok and has coffee I’m not picky. But the last I want to say 10 times I’ve gone here something has been going wrong.. I’ve had to walk in multiple times to fix my drink because it’s either the espresso taste absolutely burnt and awful or I don’t even get coffee and it’s just milk and flavor. So last night I’m thinking I’m going to get a coffee before work tomorrow to treat myself and I’m going to be getting a remote job soon so I won’t be able to visit my Dunkin often. So I go out of my way to go and get my coffee I was looking forward to, I get to the window and one of my favorite guys who always helps me is on the speaker I tell him what I want he talks me into getting an extra shot of espresso because why not you know and then I go to the window and I get my coffee. All is good. Now I mix it and take a sip. They did it again. Just milk and flavor and reminder I spent more money for extra espresso. Now Again I love this Dunkin but honestly if I’m going to keep wasting money and throwing away drinks…… I’ll just make my coffee at home.

I’ve reduced my frequent visits to this site because of the passive aggressive employee there. Depending on the day I encounter a moody staff member!!! Rarely smiles and always sounds like she has an attitude and not to mention my latte is made different EVERY time. I always say I won’t go back there but because it’s the closest to my home I return. I am thankful when I engage with the other team member…I don’t know his name. Today will be my last day though. The same lady who helped me with my latte didn’t greet me well nor did she show kindness and she argued with me when I asked for “not too much ice in my lattes”. I hope the owners read this. This particular staff member is always curt with me and I’m not sure why. I don’t know her personally and I hope she’s not like this with other customers. There are other instances when we’ve interacted, but I cannot list them all!! Never again!!

When someone orders let them talk. Just listening goes along way. I felt rushed and didn’t order my coffee correctly and my coffee was nasty. Paying almost 7 dollars for coffee i would like it to taste good

I ordered 10 glazed munchkins and this is how they looked when I opened the box right in front of the lady working the window . I asked her to switch them out for better med and she gave me an attitude and said that because I opened it it (right in front her ) that she can’t take it back and there is nothing she can do about it and that’s how it comes. Then I asked for regular doughnuts and she gave me the doughnuts, I asked her to look at the munchkins and see if she would be happy with receiving this by the look of it. She gives me attitude again and slams the window in my face saying have a great day. This location needs better employees. The attitude was so unnecessary and slamming the window door. I didn’t even yell, have an attitude or anything. I just wanted better quality.

It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s fine. Except I just went thru the drive thru and the guy shoved the credit card machine out the window at me saying “just a quick question on the screen”. Seriously, stop. Begging for tips at a dunkin drive-thru?!

I found a hair in my bacon egg and cheese croissant and when I went inside to exchange it the manager had an attitude and tried to say it was me. But when you look to the back where they are making the food nobody is wearing a hairnet and their hair is down. And the hair matches Exaclty with the girl making the sandwiches and her hair just a flowing in the wind will not be going back I am very disappointed in how the situation was handled!
