Their customer service is absolutely horrible! Mistakes can be forgiven, but how issues are addressed says everything about a business. A training in conflict resolution would do wonders for this staff. And please hire competent delivery drivers. We will spend our money at other small, local businesses that deserve it.

First time visiting this restaurant. It has amazing pizza. Will be back. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I explained the type of crust I was looking for. Waitress spoke to cooks and they made recommendation. Cooked just like I had asked. Very impressed. Waitress Payton also was very informative about the menu. Would highly recommend this place.

I have tried the lunch buffett many times, and recommend it. However this was the first time I had ordered pizza for take out. I got the largest 18″ stuffed pizza, highly recommend. This was bigger than that Chicago pizza chains, half the price, and all the flavor. Will be getting it again.

I usually have no complaints at all when I make an order for delivery. Tonight is the first for me. I had called to make an order for delivery at 5:26pm and it’s 7:30 and my order just got delivered. The pizza isn’t hot like it would normally be. It’s warm. 2 hours is extremely long especially for Paris.
