Visited Juan y Yo for the first time, the food was great. Our favorite was the guacamole – fresh and large portion. Great selection of aguas frescas, soft drinks and cocktails. Service could have been better once the order was taken and our food was delivered our waiter never came back to check on us. Friday is Karaoke night which is great for local entertainment but it is extremely loud, you will not be able to have a conversation and walk out with your ears hurting. Bringing down the volume would be amazing.

Stopped here after reading a review from a local on Facebook. First impression was that it’s very clean inside and it’s about the size of an ice cream shop (not big, but not tiny either). We didn’t realize it’s more of a sit-down place, but they have a counter and we just wanted food to-go. They have an electronic menu board at the back wall. We placed our order with the waitress (very kind woman)… We wanted to try a few things so we ordered 2 tacos al pastor with onions and cilantro, 1 beef taco and 1 chicken taco. We also ordered chips and mild salsa. The al pastor tacos… omg, SO GOOD!! Tons of flavor, crazy tender meat…I could have eaten a zillion of them! The beef and chicken were very good…. I don’t like chicken tacos but these were very good and were very moist! We had then with lettuce, tomato and cheese (they offered sour cream but we declined). The chips were fresh, WARM, crispy and not greasy at all! The salsa…. Wow! It’s on the sweet side which is something we’ve never had before, but we could not get enough of! We think we’re going to have to order a double of the chips and salsa next time because they are so addicting!! This place is going to become popular really quick once the word gets out, so get there before the line starts forming!! We will definitely be back…a lot!

Looking up somewhere to eat and we decided on this place. I had a steak quesadilla on corn tortilla with lettuce cheese and sour cream. Honestly it’s the best I have ever had. I had a Gordita with beans and cheese.
Everything was homemade and fresh. The guacamole and chips were very very fresh. The horchata was also very good. I have nothing but good hints to say. I didn’t think of taking pictures because I didn’t think it was going to be that good.

Food is consistently delicious, they have a stereo and DJ booth set up for parties, but I’ve never seen this place that popular. Definitely a hidden gem of Addison, though.

Wanted to try this new Taco spot. Didnt know what to expect. I got a burrito and have to say I really liked it. The steak and the ingredients tasted fresh and the service was fast. Will be going back.

The best Mexican place in the area with fresh and quality ingredients and top notch service. The burritos and tacos are stellar and I will definitely be back!
