Nice spot for lunch while waiting for family members who were out mountain biking. The view and atmosphere were great! The salad wasn’t that exciting, but the flatbread was just good. Overall, a nice place to relax and grab a bite.

I had a great experience here after mountain biking. It is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery, weather and people watch. To be honest, there’s nowhere else to eat nearby on the mountain, so it’s the only spot!
I tried the pepperoni pizza and really liked it. The crust had that nice charred finish, like it was cooked in a proper brick oven. I’m not sure if it was, but the chef did a good job. Crispy edges, great flavor. Definitely hit the spot after a ride. The $10 resort credit went towards the meal, so that was nice.

I’m on the mountain all year round lately and I always have to stop by the tavern when I’m at Lee Canyon. Joe and Larry always greet me with a smile and often a good story. Chelsea and the ladies behind the bar are so friendly and remember my drink order, they’re the coolest.

Had to go gluten-free recently and the staff is really sweet about finding something delicious I can enjoy (I often get the pulled pork sandwich sans bun). Bev in the kitchen is on point & really kind I love when they have live music at the tavern too, props to Johnny and the team. It’s a casual place with amazing views. Can get full around lunch time especially in the snowy season but always good energy. I prefer the patio seating, love the fresh air and usually there are cute dogs there too.

Ashley is the Heart of the Bristlecone Bar!

If you visit Lee Canyon’s Bristlecone Bar and don’t meet Ashley, you’re missing out! Not only is she a gorgeous redhead—she’s an absolute gem when it comes to service. Her warm smile, quick wit, and kindness made my visit unforgettable. Whether it’s crafting the perfect drink or keeping the vibes lively, she goes above and beyond.

I’ll absolutely be back, and not just for the great drinks or mountain views—Ashley’s hospitality alone is worth the trip. Lee Canyon is lucky to have her!

We had ordered drinks from a lady and We ended up not getting our refills and even though we complained she still did not give us our refill. We were thoroughly disrespected by the man for taking our Uno cards as we’re just kids playing a game waiting for our food. We were restricted from certain areas of the restaurant and asked to move tables multiple times. If you are under the age of 21, you’ll get harshly disrespected at this restaurant. I do not recommend this place if you’re here for a lovely family vacation. The atmosphere was too busy. The staff were acting like zombies.

Fantastic visit after a hike in Lee Canyon. Started off with a bowl of their Chili and it was really good. Our bartender, Chelsea, was banging out orders and very personable in between. It was a nice visit and we look forward to coming back!

It was so ridiculous that waitress was really bad server and don’t even know what order she’s taking for who and only caring about flirting with guys and giving not just us but all off the wrong food. First she gave us order and messed up our order and moreover she gave OUR DRINk to different person and didn’t even come to our table for 45 mins. At the end we just left leaving our food even over there. We gave her top even for that. I mean what was that..

Nice place with a small but decent beer list. Menu is very small. The fig and prosciutto flatbread was amazing.

The Able Baker porter is delicious. Almost tastes like an imperial

Only downside is that when it’s 19F outside they insist on keeping the door open to the outside. I asked if it could be closed but some jerk dude staff member rudely proclaimed they were keeping it open . Supposedly it locks if you close it. Seems like something that could be fixed if they cared.

Don’t miss this spot if you head up to Lee Canyon. This is a phenomenal place to beat the ridiculous Las Vegas summer heat. Up here, it’s usually 25-30 degrees cooler than the valley. Here, you’ll find an excellent of draft beers and food. Summer hours are 11 am-7pm.

We drove to Bristlecone to get away from the heat. Gorgeous views and great drinks. The service was okay. They were super busy (530pm) so we ordered at the bar. The only food items available were flatbreads. No appetizers or salads. We ordered the Philly cheese flatbread (pictured) $20 waste. I had two bites. That’s all.
