Came in for the free food giveaway and the food was great, the strawberry limeade is amazing! Miki was very nice and polite, We were greeted with a welcoming smile. We will definitely return once it’s officially open!

I appreciated that the restaurant has an open kitchen, as it allows customers to observe the food preparation process. However, I noticed that it appeared quite hot inside, and some crew members were sweating and wiping their faces with their hands. Although they were wearing gloves, they did not change them after touching their faces, hats, or clothing, which raised hygiene concerns.
Additionally, I observed food debris on the floor that was not promptly cleaned.
I was excited to try this place when it first opened, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. I decided to return to my long-time favorite, In-N-Out, located just across the street.

The food was hot and fresh. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Sky helped us order through the kiosk and made sure we knew how to use it. Eva constantly was there to ask if we needed refills and helped pick up messes. Everyone was so nice. The portions were really good too.
