Great affordable family dining. Great food, great service, clean restaurant, great atmosphere. Loved that they had the $5.95 kid meals. A family of 4 and we spent less than $45 for fajita plate, enchilada plate, a tip, and two kid meals. They had seating inside and additional patio seating.

Been going here for over 10 years and it’s always so delicious and the service is always great. You order at the counter and wait for your number to be called, there’s plenty of seating (including a patio out back and benches out front) and the prices are reasonable. Always a must stop when visiting the area!

I’ve been a long time customer of Pepinos and they have long been a favorite of mine. The surfo turfo is delicious and flavorful. Chipotle burrito as well.

Wonderful location with some OUTSTANDING Mexican food. The staff was also very friendly and super personable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant if you want delicious food priced affordable! We will definitely be coming back!

Listen, it’s not the greatest or the best but it’s dollar for dollar one of the best deals still in Portland. Food is definitely worth what you pay, and the service at this location is lovely. Enchilada platter had a nice sauce and was a great portion, fajitas were huge and also an excellent portion. Margarita was advertised for like $6 during happy hour and excellent at that price point. Know what you’re getting – which is good, solid Mexican food at a really great price.

More like 3.5 stars. Generous portions, reasonable prices. While not the best Mexican food I’ve ever had, it hits the spot. I liked the amount of fresh toppings on my pescado taco made it was pretty tasty. The shrimp taco was a little overwhelmed by drowning in chipotle mayo. Guacamole and chips were decent.
