First visit to this JM. Ordered 1 sandwich. Only JM I have ever had an issue with. Used JM App- order due 12:02. Arrived 12:05, my order not on to go rack. Waited 10 minutes bunch of workers. Nothing being put on take out rack. People in line being served pretty normal. I finally ask is anyone doing the take out orders? No response. I ask for manager and someone says, “We’re busy”. Maybe manager not sure. Then another employee hands me an order, I check it, not mine. Lady in line claims it. Same employee asked what did you order? Then hands me my sandwich. 12:25. I’ll not return to this location.

There really isn’t anything nice to say. I came in at after the lunch rush to get a #9. The guy slicing, Spencer I think. Well he sliced out a #7 for me and when I told him I asked for a #9 he said you clearly didn’t but I’ll fix your mistake.
What awful costumer service
Then he laughed and asked the other workers if they could believe this guy? If I had time to go somewhere else I would have just left my sub on the line but there was only 20 minutes left on my lunch break.

This location is common for screwing up online orders. I took a break from mobile order so I could over see my sub being made. Well today I decided to give it another go, I clearly ordered a #8 with NO ONION, MAYO, and NO OIL

my sub is sapping wet with oil and has thick mayo all over it and they didn’t even give me the bacon. A constant let down from this location

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I picked up an order on New Year’s Day. I understand it’s difficult working on holidays and I just came from my own holiday retail shift so I came in with an extremely positive and grateful attitude. The cashier who took my order at approximately 3 pm was one of the rudest employees at any business that I’ve ever encountered. If you want to be laughed at, talked down to, and experience 0 friendliness- this is where to go. I love jersey Mikes and have for years but I will drive the extra distance to go to one further away where people are nicer and easy to work with/talk to.

After getting home, my entire food order was wrong which was obviously a disappointment. However, after the rudeness I received while in store, it wasn’t even worth going back and complaining since
I didn’t feel like being laughed at or dealing with whatever comments she would make while remaking them.
