I went to Yarmouth Wendy’s in Feb26 and ordered a Dave’s single combo with a large chili for the side and a strips combo with a large fry and large Frosty. When the order, the cashier (Faith)just placed the tray on the counter and walked away as I was standing there. She did not ask if I needed anything else, did not say Thanks, like if I was a bother to her. I asked for a lid for the frosty and a bag for the chili as this was to go. The cashier almost threw them on the tray and walked away, AGAIN. No thank you, no smile NOTHING!!
When I brought the tray back to my table I realized the burger was a Classic sandwich. The burger was opened as I carried it opened to the counter, one of each of my hands under each bun. I advised them that I had the wrong burger and Faith TOLD ME I ordered a number 7. WRONG. If a Dave’s single sounds like #7, then she should get her hearing tested. She then took my sandwich, rewrapped it and brought it back to the sandwich station and gave it to the girl making them so they could use it again.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING AND IS THE MAIN REASON FOR THIS COMPLAINT!!
I could hear her from the counter complaining to the one making the sandwich about me.
She then got the new sandwich and AGAIN pretty much threw it across the counter at me. No sorry. No nothing.
I walked away and said loudly “Being a bit friendly would go a long ways”
I think if she would have smiled, her face would have cracked.
If she does not know how to be customer friendly, maybe she should be making sandwiches instead, or getting a job NOT with people.
By the way, I go in alot and get served by Sharon, who is one of the best counter workers you have. Absolutely love her. Maybe she can train Faith on how to deal with people.

Very clean, professional and pleasant service, it’s been 20 years since last I ate Wendy’s, I probably should have left it a pleasant memory. The food wasn’t bad but it isn’t the same quality it was last time.

dirty seating, dirty bathroom. our server was rude. The server talked about me and laughed to her fellow worker when I said she did not listen and my order was wrong. she was not very polite when I asked if someone could clean the table we wanted to sit at. She did clear the trays from the table, however she did not wipe it off. see picture.
overall experience – I am very happy to say I live 3 hours away and probably won’t be back any time soon!!

I ordered a Dave’s double i drove home to enjoy needless to say I open the bag to not even a Dave’s single that I just payed over 10$ for and to help even more no one is answering the phone after calling 10 times to speak with someone!!!! Something big would have to happen for me to go back.

Actually I enjoy the food. The staff in the cashier are very welcoming. Compared to the Indian staff who handing out to me the food. No smile, no thank you. This staff is lack of friendliness. Aside from that their kitchen is so dirty and messy. Most of them are not washing hands . I see most of them touching food . Which is like food safety issue. I think most of the staff should undergo training for customer service and food safety especially the Indian staff. I am not racist or anything. But this is my observation to my every visit. But compared to tim hortons. Most of staff are friendly.

I hate to write this but the service at Wendy’s is very poor, specifically the foreign workers which work. They don’t have the courtesy to greet customers, no smile and I don’t know why they have that attitude. The management should look into this other than that food is good.

The young girls in there are very rude, laugh at other young costumers(whom I assume they know somehow but still very un professional) went with my grand daughter and her friends for a quick dinner before is basketball game this weekend December 15 2024. Got to the first window was a nice young gentleman no problem, until we got to the second when Savannah Doucette (I asked for names afterwards) opened the window and stops half way through saying her sentence starts laughing. And turns away to look at couple other girls which one who is named Kenzie mulberry and she starts laughing and giving dirty looks to the girls.
