Our order was made wrong and we did not notice until we got home. We privately left a comment on their website so they would be aware.
The next day I receive an angry phone call from a woman named Sarah. Originally I am thinking she is calling to apologize or thank us for the info. But she had an aggressive tone and was extremely argumentative. She says she has cameras in the store (implying I lied) and her employees wouldn’t make something wrong.I let her know I was just filling out the comment section to make you aware. She keeps saying I can bring you in here tomorrow and you can watch the cameras. It was extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t expect an employee to speak to a customer that way. If it makes you this upset, you should probably let it go, and not bother the customer. Why call me just to argue?
Picture of sandwich included. This was supposed to be a BLT Mike’s way. Meat and toppings are usually piled high which is apparently not how they do it at this location.

Good cheesesteak , was just disappointed in how much chipotle mayo they decided to give me. But overall it’s been good every time I’ve ordered here. Gave it 3 stars because i barely got any mayo .

My fiance and I ordered a chipotle chicken cheese steak and a chicken bacon ranch. The employees didn’t call out my name and ended up giving the sandwiches to someone else who then returned the sandwiches after they realized that wasn’t what they ordered. The employees said they would remake the chicken bacon ranch which was opened (I would assume because of a sanitary policy, which is understandable), but they gave us the chipotle chicken which did not have any lettuce like I asked and was on the ticket. They offered a “sorry” and when the remade chicken bacon ranch was ready a different employee was calling out the wrong name. The cashier who originally notified us about the mistake then said “I think this is for you” and said that the handwriting on the ticket was hard to read. The food was good, I like Jersey Mike’s, but this experience was pretty disappointing, so I will probably just be going to other locations when I want to get another Jersey Mike’s sandwich.

Wow! The food is amazing!! My husband and I shared the #99 (Philly with mushrooms and jalapeños). Holy cow! If I never eat another sub again, I’d be happy knowing it was the best sub I’ve had in a very long time. It was hot, cheesy, saucey (but just right), and cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and very outgoing; it made our first time there a comfortable experience. We were gifted a brownie, which will be another must try when we return. If you are in the fence about trying Jersey Mike’s, please let this review be the reason you go and LOVE IT!

Jersey Subs in Firestone is my go-to takeout for delicious Italian sub sandwiches. The staff is always cheery and helpful. I tip them well for their hard work. Five stars with every visit.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a sandwich shop! The service at this Jersey Mike’s was top-notch — a big shoutout to Shaylene and Sarah for making my visit truly memorable. They were both super friendly, efficient, and made my sub exactly how I like it without me even having to ask twice. It gets slammed about lunch time, but the people behind the counter are polite and patient and pretty quick to get your order ready. I tend to prefer them to Jimmy John’s and always get the super sub #5 and it is great every time! The woman at the check out station is always kind and quick and friendly

Food is good, but their service isn’t. I ordered a hot sandwich and I thought they would ask me what other toppings I wanted, but they didn’t and just gave me the sandwich. I saw other customers telling workers what toppings they wanted in line, so I thought the workers would do that for me too. But they didn’t and didn’t even ask me. They offered to put the toppings I wanted in a cup but I said no because I had to leave. The sandwich was good enough but didn’t have the toppings I wanted, because the workers didn’t even ask if I wanted any while they were making it.

There was a huge group of people that walked in before me, the manager jumped right in to help, and the line went smoothly and service was fast and delicious!!! Great work!!
