Always takes over an hour for delivery and the people when we call to order are so rude. When it takes that long for my food I expect it to be cooked correctly and not cold. I also expect to receive all of the things I order instead of having to drive to the store myself to get the food I was missing. Also we just ordered for delivery they said an hour, it’s been an hour and 15 minutes. We called and they said it hadn’t even left the store yet and it was still in the oven!! Actually unbelievable.

I spoke with Ryan let him know my pizza was good but I’m trying to figure out where is the chicken to my chicken parmesan here’s the pictures and he basically told me that’s not how we left the kitchen why would I show a picture of such a disgusting sandwich which has no chicken it looks like just sauce on the bread. You have my number to call me this is insane let me send you a picture of what I was giving and basically was told this is not how it came out of the kitchen but yeah he’s a delivery person and he wants to argue with me Ryan needs to check himself. The nine cut pizza was amazing but the sandwich was disgusting and I want my money back and I frankly don’t think that I will order again from here.
I always pay my money and I always tip my driver. And for Ryan the so-called delivery person to basically accuse me of tampering with the sandwich is insane and guess what I don’t need my money back you can keep the money but I would never order from there again. You need better people to work in your restaurant.

We have come here multiple times and never has the calzone looked like this mess (images provided) we called to ask why it’s so wrong and just got told it’s how they are made. Granted we asked for the sauce that is usually in it to be on the side so they wouldn’t be soggy by the time my boyfriend got home for us to eat them. But there is literally no meat in these and the random slits on the dough looks like the stromboli they serve and not the calzone. The lady we talked to said there is ricotta in this. Maybe a table spoon with the mountan of mozzarella. We literally have ordered your calzones before. Whoever made them needs to look at the company website just to see what their calzones look like. As you can see one is supposed to be sausage with 5 or so little slices of sausage, totaling to one link probably cut up inside. This is not as advertised and not like in the past. Whoever you have making the food needs retrained, BADDLY.

It’s hard to see because of the lighting but this is the third time I got this pizza and PJ dipping sticks and the half the pizza is brunt and the stick was was tossed in the box with the sauce on top

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a lg pepperoni pizza an 2 pepperoni rolls. I am very disappointed in both this time, very little pepperoni on the pizza and the rolls had like 3 pieces of pepperoni and were very dry and hard. I don’t know who was making these on July 20th but someone needs to show them how.

Every time I go in great service an food is always on point. If by some chance something is wrong it’s fixed ASAP. Love the pickle pizza when they have an love veggie pizza. Always try to go locally owned when get food. They also donate so much for local things great business!
