Employee informs me they only have wheat bread and the toaster is broken. Okay, no big deal. Ordered a spicy Italian. Once we get to the vegetable section, she proceeds to inform me that they were out of LETTUCE, TOMATOES, AND JALAPENOS. 3 out of 4 veggies that come on the sandwich. I ask for mayo, she proceeds to completely cover the top and bottom of the sandwich. The sandwich tastes bad, I didn’t even get a quarter of the way through before going back in for a refund.

The team at this Subway is always so friendly and welcoming. They make the sandwiches quickly, just the way you want, and everything is fresh. It’s nice to see staff who are polite and take the time to get your order right. Always a good experience when I stop by!

They upcharged me on the meal of the day, they charged me 5 dollars extra for adding a meat that my meal was supposed to come with. So instead of 11 for the whole meal i paid 16. I truly don’t believe my meal was supposed to cost that much and if it would’ve cost more they should’ve expressed that before completing my sandwich, not at the end.
