Bacon king burger, krusty krab whopper, fries pineapple shake were all done to perfection. Staff quick n friendly on a weeknight. Clean tables. Nice prices and a far cry from what this was 2 years ago!!!!

My wife and kids went and everything was sticky – the floor, the tables, the bathroom. The place looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Huge bummer because my wife prefers BK over other fast food, plus the indoor play area at this location is great. However, if the restaurant is that gross, I can’t imagine how gross the kitchen is.

Slow! Food sat for 10 minutes before bagging, While counter people were waiting for who knows. …… I don’t know the entire circumstances, but common sense seems to be get the ready ones bagged and out the door. The facility needs good cleaning. Feb 27 2:50 pm. The whopper jr was good.

Went today for a little snack with the kids. Chris- working at the cash register – was awesome, super welcoming and friendly. Great customer service. We just ordered cookies and fries. Fries were hot! Kids said the cookies were good. We will be back!

Couldn’t get my food, I want to point out that I don’t blame the individual employees, it seems like a staffing issue and an overall terrible vibe/ place to work. Waited 25 minutes in store and then told them that I couldn’t wait any longer and wished them a good day, I hope I can get my refund, it seems there were question marks about if I’d get that when I asked. I seriously feel bad for the employees, it seems like a really shitty place to work. Not a whole lot of urgency from management and what I found was weird was there were employees eating food directly in front of the customers while working which I know is a health code violation, so that’s super interesting and gross.

I’ve worked in fast food so I completely get their situation there but it should not happen, gotta get staffed up and to do that, maybe pay your employees more and they’ll care more about their job. I hope they all quit to be honest. Not a great experience. Again, I hope I get my refund

Food was as expected. But there was two people working at this location that SHOULD NOT be in customer service jobs. I get it, that’s why I left customer service too. But turning around to see there are multiple people standing at the counter and loudly yelling to your manager, “Hey Lisa! Come up here and deal with these people I don’t have time for this shit anymore. “
Not a line to say in front of customers.

Let alone, people who didn’t even say anything to you. We were all waiting for our orders.
I only went inside because my destination after that was my new house that was being built still and I didn’t have running water yet.
I had thought about leaving and going somewhere else.
But about 5 minutes after one of the “Karen” workers left for a break, but came back very different. Different demeanor, different attitude, and I thought, huh. There’s only a few things that I know can switch someone’s mood that fast.
So I’m curious if this Karen-worker in particular, went for a break and “had a few….”

Employee told me to wait in the drive up lane. Waited 10 minutes. Board switched to lunch. I said hello and the employee goes on a rant of how people can’t be patient. His speaker was on the whole entire time. He and another employee complained for another 5 minutes on the speaker. I left. 15 minutes, no order just heard complaints about people who eat at BK. Not going back.

Rumor has it that the food has really turned around this location. I use the drive-through got a double cheeseburger, french fries, and a pop and they took my order. Extremely quickly, confirmed my order, everything was fresh and hot and they asked if I wanted a Burger King hat and as an adult that was awesome! Of course, I said yes I’ll come back anytime.

I’m honestly shocked at the person who was taking orders up front. He complained openly to all patrons that were ordering, in line or waiting for orders. He complained about the fact that the manager was working from home saying “what’s he doing then? Sitting on his computer doing nothing”. Let everyone know that no one was trained to do a special order for the Sponge Bob meal, then when another employee came in, loudly announced that they were three hours late. He went on to berate that employee and complain the entire time I waited for my food. He also was throwing bags around and receipts on the floor. I certainly wouldn’t want to come in to work with him!!

They need to speed up service instead of having you drive away to stop the clock that monitors their progress. Especially when no one else is in the drive through.
Great service otherwise and food didn’t disappoint.
