Don’t be scammed in by all the $8.99 – 2 topping signs all over town, That’s carry- out ONLY. Dine in they got us for $65 for 3 LG 2 topping! Failed to tell us until she brought our ticket, when clearly she knew that’s what we came in for! I see why they are NEVER busy!

The bad reviews of this place is right. They said the pizza just ‘puffed up’ during cooking, but clearly it’s missing half the toppings. Told us we could wait 30 minutes for a new one. I’m not waiting, I’ve already waited after I ordered it. How about they just get it right the first time?!

i’m always butt hurt about never getting extra pineapple, but I do like this Pizza Hut a lot! Today the pizza oven broke down, and I unfortunately I’m gonna have to finish my pizza at home, but the manager did an amazing job handling everything and was extremely apologetic. very impressed with how they handled the unfortunate situation!

Years ago I would have given this place a 1 star….. but in the past few months I have been taking my little one here for some father son dinner time….the service has been fantastic….pizza has been great and the place is being kept clean….sadly the did remove the games they had….but that was due to the games supplier not maintaining ING the games. So I can’t say I blame them ….over all I would say a great place to go for pizza now….I really hope they can keep up the good they have done to turn the place around. It is beco ING a favorite of me and my son to visit

I would give 0 stats if I could for this locations customer service. I ordered food for my father, who is diabetic and for obvious reasons needs to eat within a reasonable time frame. The person that took my order NEVER explained to me, despite their insistence that it was explained (LIES)….. ANYWAY never explained that they don’t deliver like NORMAL pizza places, but instead they 3rd party contract with Doordarsh…. there’s no way that would have been explained to me and I would still order to go through Pizza Hut to provide food to my father who needed to eat by a certain time frame. Once speaking to the representative, who could care less about the situation and customer service skills were less than mediocre stated “I told you that and I have no control over when they deliver… like I already told you, so do you want the order or would you like me to cancel it?” Absolutely RIDICULOUS, and an unprofessional way to respond for someone in customer service! Never…. EVER AGAIN! The MANAGER was the person I spoke with… whom also REFUSED to give their name! How about you find another job that doesn’t require, at the very least, average customer service skills! I will be contacting corporate! I work hard for my money and refuse to allow anyone in the service industry or otherwise, be rude to me when I’m spending my money in their establishment!

This was close to the worst pizza I have ever had. We ordered extra cheese and there was barely enough cheese to cover the top. We ordered black olives and mushrooms and they were skimpy and shriveled. I ordered the pizza for 8:30pm and I suspect it was made closer to 7:30. This was a hand tossed crust and it was so thin on the bottom that I had trouble picking up a slice. Someone doesn’t know what they’re doing

A year ago was 5 star. Today no star. Not going there again Service is very bad.Went in to eat, 2 half hours to get service and finally pizza and drinks. Waited 1 hr. Had to go to the manager to place my order and drinks. 1hr half to get it. It’s not the first time it happened. Domino’s is AWESOME BETTER!!!

2 stars is generous. Pizza tasted really weird. Like they used week old dough. Marinara sauce was ice cold. Crust was also kinda doughy. I called and the lady said she would give me the manager and I waited for 5 minutes. Nothing. Next time I’ll see what domino’s has to offer
