I love this Panda Express so much it is the best one! Every time I go to a different one it isn’t as good. The food here is delicious and always fresh! The staff is always so attentive when I have an online order and there is quick service. Writing this while I’m eating because it’s so good and always meets my expectations!

Ordered food online for pickup. Arrived 15 minutes after food was ordered and had to wait 10 minutes for fresh chicken. Then, when chicken was ready, they ran out of beef. 10 more minutes. I waited 25 minutes total after ordering for pickup and didn’t even have time to eat on my work break which is why I ordered in advance. Ugh!!!

I was surprised with this place especially since panda express is not like before but I tried afher 2 years since my last visit wow the flavor the service was fast the food was 10/10 definitely I will be back to this location the manager she was really nice and attentive and the staff smiling that’s a extra plus for me!!!

I ordered via Door Dash, BUT seriously, $30 for this!?! Never again!!! AND that is not including the tip. Unbelievable!!! Barely enough for 2 people, SMH. Even if they charge more for DD, I still won’t go back for the fact that their prices are so high. I quit Black Bear Diner, too. No food is worth that much money. It’s time to quit being lazy and start cooking at home.

Placed an Internet order last night, which turned out to be easy and efficient. The restaurant was crowded and seemed unorganized. They also, as always, guard their napkins like they were laced in Gold! The food portions were generous and the flavor was excellent.

I ordered the mushroom chicken and I kid you not I received like 5 pebble sized peices of meat that were so small on a a PLATE like come on I love panda but that’s ridiculous and I feel like just a complete waste of money I am now very hungry still not cool please fix this If I wanted to get skimped out on id have gone to chipotle now im hungry and sad

I normally don’t eat here because of the previous bad experiences. I decided to give it a try today because there was a promotional code for online ordering. The food was bland no flavor. there was a few things wrong with my order, but they were minor, which is fine, but perhaps putting a little more love into cooking your food would be greatly appreciated.

This Panda Express location in Simi Valley has completely ruined all other Panda locations for me—in the best way possible! Their orange chicken is consistently perfect crispy, flavorful, and just the right balance of sweet and tangy.
I don’t know what kind of magic their kitchen team is working with, but they nail it every single time. I travel for work and all the pandas in other cities and even other states, end up leaving me disappointed because no other location gets it quite like this one.
Everywhere else, it’s either soggy or bland, but not here!!! This place has officially spoiled me! If you’re an orange chicken lover, this is the gold standard.

Showed up near closing after a long work day, a lot of the items needed to be made into another batch. I chose to wait for the quicker item (a chicken roll) but they threw in the other items I wanted free of charge. God bless these people!
