I purchased a 4 piece wing extra crispy meal with coleslaw and fries on 2/23/26. When I got in the car and started eating i noticed they slipped a baked one in there. So I ended up having 3 extras crispy and 1 baked. But thats not what I ordered! I ordered 4 extra crispy wings! The chicken was SALTY especially the baked one. The fries were SALTY as well. I did not enjoy this meal at all.

I was in the drive threw for 15 minutes before I has able to place my order. Then another 10 to get to the window to pay for my 3 chicken sandwiches. To only be told to go around to the front lot and wait for my order and it would be a minute. I told them I would wait for my order since they said it would take a minute I told them no I will wait. I didn’t want to go to the front of the store to wait for who knows how long.

The service started out great. But once we placed a 2nd order it went down hill. It took 20 minutes to make 2 classic chicken sandwiches. We I asked how much longer, the employee spoke into her head set (while standing infont of me) and said the customer is getting mad. All I did was ask how much longer. After waiting 15 minutes when I was told it would be 8 minutes till it came up. Then I saw there was 2 other guest with the same problem and respose; from the crew members. As we all stood there patiently waiting.

On Tuesday I bought 10 pieces of crispy chicken and when I took them out they fell apart when I touched them and the chicken seemed boiled, it had no flavor.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The manager was cursing at the window. They got our order wrong so we had to go in. The employees all laughed when we came in and the manager refused to help us. We felt bullied.
