The ramen was delicious! I had the Seabura and the spicy ramen, and I ended up mixing them together and created the best ramen I’ve ever had. The Seabura was creamy in the best way, super rich and flavorful, but not spicy, which is why mixing it with the spicy ramen worked perfectly.

But honestly, the Seabura by itself was so freaking good. If you try nothing else, try that. Their water was delicious. This is the first water from any restaurant anywhere that I’ve ever had and actually drank. It was drinkable and refreshing. It taste straight from the springs like they hiked up the mountains theirselves and brought back the coldest freshest water. Absolutely worth it.

Some of the best ramen I have had in my life. The broth is super flavorful and all of the toppings are fresh. I ate here at least once a week when I was living in Honlulu

Awesome experience for a Ramen joint. The place was bright and clean. The staff was very friendly and the timing of the food was quick. I have never been to a beef broth ramen restaurant and it was very delicious. I ordered the Tsukemen, my wife ordered the Yuzu broth, and they had a great kids meal with a ramen bowl, chicken karaage, and fries. Perfect for my kid! My wife’s Yuzu broth was light, but plenty of depth. The Tsukemen broth was rich and full of flavor. It wasn’t just rich and creamy, but had a nice balance of acidity as well. The noodles were thick and chewy. The beef brisket char siu might be better than any pork char siu. I love good ramen and this place hit the spot

This is our favorite Ramen spot, my husband and I would come here 2x a month. They make THE BEST REFRESHING RAMEN EVER! WE LOVE THE YUZU RAMEN ITS THE BEST! It’s light not very thick soup, PERFECT! For cold night. We also LOVE the Sisig, Namban Gyoza, with a side of Kimchi & rice. Hands down 1 or our Favorite Ramen place. They always have long line outside which means it’s the best in town haha. And the staff are really nice, especially our waiter Jeremiah, he’s like our friend now we know him for 2-3 years now since we started going to this place. We highly suggest this place. It’s a must go for dinner!

**Fantastic Review for Kamitoku Ramen **

I recently visited Kamitoku Ramen in Honolulu, and it was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, making me feel right at home . The food was absolutely top-notch! The **egg** was perfectly cooked with a creamy yolk, adding a rich touch to their signature dishes . The **Tan Tan Ramen** was a flavor explosion with its bold, nutty broth and perfectly chewy noodles ️ . The **Spicy Ramen** packed just the right amount of heat, leaving me craving more . And don’t get me started on the **rice dish topped with a single slice of beef** – simple yet so delicious, with tender, juicy beef that melted in my mouth . The vibe is cozy, the prices are reasonable, and the beachy Honolulu vibe adds to the relaxed dining experience . Highly recommend and will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ #KamitokuRamen #HonoluluEats

Went here today for dinner, got the fried gyoza (pictured). The first batch of gyoza we ordered was very pink, and dripping pink juice. We asked the server if the gyoza was supposed to be that pink, and they were unsure, so they took it back to the kitchen for the cooks to examine. The cooks themselves were unsure if it was supposed to be that pink, so they made another order and gave it to us, still super pink, (the second batch is the one pictured). Pretty crazy the cooks don’t even know what theyre cooking is supposed to look like lol. The gyoza was $8, had to pay for it.
Besides that, I ordered a small bowl of the spicy ramen, which was $13 and some change. Didnt come with an egg, was a child sized portion. I could understand it if it was like $8, but $13 for a children’s ramen with no egg was not it for me. Would’ve rather gotten buldak for like $1 and ate at home.
If you’re from here, not worth it. Tourist prices, with less than subpar food. Was $60 total for three people, (gyoza, takoyaki, two small ramens, and sisig.)

A friend recommended Kamitoku Ramen, and it was my first time visiting.
The soup base is made from beef bones — something I’ve never tried before, even in Japan! And I got to try it for the first time here in Hawaii ^_^
So tasty The chashu was thick and made with beef
There were three of us, so we ordered a pitcher of beer

They also have lunch specials♪
I’ll definitely be back to try other menu items

It’s one of the better Ramen places on the island. I had the Beast, which supposedly had 3x of the beef. This place served beef based ramen, which is rare. The beef fat (in chunks) were tasty and everyone should try them. The ramen texture was very good, but the soup base was quite salty (for me, I’m sure others find that to be perfectly fine). The service was excellent, but this is a small place in the Ward Village, so a long line is expected. Service was friendly and quick. Give it a try if you haven’t already done so.

FOOD:
Combo A
I chose the Beefy flavor and gyoza. The slightly oily, orange/tan-colored broth is beef-based as opposed to the traditional pork or chicken ones found in every other shop. The flavor had a light beef taste with a little creaminess, a little sweetness, with a gritty and garlicky taste when I got to the bottom of the bowl. A very different taste, I must admit, but with no wow factor. The noodles were thin and cooked just past al dente. My half egg was almost well done. They’re very inconsistent with the eggs as I saw bowls coming out before mine with medium ooey-gooey ones. Toppings were a huge piece of tender beef with a 50/50 meat to fat ratio, though not very flavorful, a few bean sprouts, green onions and bamboo. Temperature was almost searing.

The six pieces of gyoza were on the smallish size with a nice sear to the bottoms. The filling was a very finely-grounded pork mixture that was tasty but mainstream. A traditional dipping sauce was to the side. I’m glad I tried it but wouldn’t order it again. .

SERVICE:
The female associate was friendly.

OVERALL:
3.5 stars for now as the beef broth wasn’t groundbreaking.
