Food was a 10/10 and with an amazing live dj set!
Also highly recommended to take the (non alcoholic) juices/mocktails pairing with the menu, these were so good with the food!

What a great Japanese dining experience. As a fish lover, I really appreciated the freshness and presentation of these dishes (meats and veggy’s as well). Take your time to consult their extensive menu with one of the amazing cocktails. The staff was very helpful in explaining the options. The overall service was excellent ! A big to Gaia, the Restaurant Manager and her efficient team.

We had a lovely dinner at byakko. The waitress was very kind and helpful. The cocktails were amazing and the food too. Loved the miso eggplant and the spinach lobster miso truffle salad.
Presentation was good too. Just the presentation of the sushi was not 5*. The white basic round plates with just a banana leave is a no go.
Would come back anytime.

Disappointing to be honest. You’d expect a Japanese restaurant at a five star chain hotel to meet a certain standard. Salmon was good but uramaki and side dishes were mediocre. Quality does not match the price point.
