First time visiting with my boys. Food was good. Birthday party was super loud. Half of them came in drunk. They kept making their table longer until it came close to the back of my chair. They kept brushing up against me everytime one of them got up. I wanted to stay longer but I had to take my boys out of there before it got worse. Recommendation. Come early or order to go.

We went in on a Sunday for a small team celebration. The staff was welcoming and kind. The place was clean with tons of seating. They had a fun little arcade for the kids. I tried 6 different items and all of them were good and decently priced. Definitely a spot worth checking out

Super disappointed in their customer service tonight. We ordered 2 XL pizzas and two orders of breadsticks. We were given these two small sauces, the ranch wasn’t even full. We spent over $70 on pizza. When I asked the man behind the counter if this was all the sauce our order came with he said yes. We have gone to multiple other Pizza Factory’s and this has never been an issue. I don’t have an issue paying for additional ranch but the complete attitude I was given over the gentleman thinking I couldn’t comprehend what a 12 oz cup was blew my mind. We spent an additional $10 for a sufficient amount of ranch and dipping sauce. I will not return to this location ever again. You lost a customer over your snarky remarks and 0.75 cent ranch. When people are paying that much money for pizza it shouldn’t even be an issue. Thank you for trying to insult my intelligence, it costs zero dollars to be kind. You need a lesson in customer service. Maybe that’s why your restaurant was completely empty.

We went in a Monday night and the pizza buffet was pretty good. At $8.75 I’m sure not complaining! The only real negative is that the video games seemed expensive to me. $1.00 to play a racing game? Maybe I’m just old and out of touch with what arcade games cost now. The prizes that you could redeem your tickets for also seemed relatively expensive.
