Tasty and hot food but when I tried to order something off the online menu, they kept telling me that was the online name only. I said okay so what do I call it next time? I inquired a few times for clarification and I still don’t know what she was trying to say. Neither worker was friendly at all, although I know they were busy. But one covered her ears and the other wouldn’t get close enough to the window to hear my question. It really through me off as I wasn’t ugly at all just trying to get clarification for next time.

I ordered delivery and when I opened the bag I had missing items and items I did not order. I had to get in my vehicle (wasn’t feeling well) go to the restaurant and inform them of the error. Although I was a little vexed, Travis handled the situation with professionalism, and compassion for my having to come to the restaurant under my circumstances. I love Hardees! Biscuits are absolutely wonderful and the Mushroom Swiss sandwich is tasty! The Original Bag is such a DEAL! and you can’t beat their chicken tenders. The 460 location had the nicest staff, but not necessarily the other Roanoke area locations

Cashier was rude and slamming my food around on the counter when she was bagging it up. Also all the food is pre-made and sitting under a hot light til someone orders it. You can probably imagine what that tastes like. Bathrooms were gross. Probably would say 0 stars if I could.
