By far the worst experience at a Jimmy John’s I have ever had. After waiting 20 minutes for our sandwiches they made one of the two wrong. It was another 10 minutes to receive the correct sandwich. There were six employees working behind the counter and only two tables in the restaurant with customers at them. No one seemed to know who was running the counter or who was running the drive-thru. When a customer asked about the broken ice machine the employee said that he was unaware of it being broken however there is a sign above it saying it was broken. Terrible communication, terrible customer service skills And the sarcastic remarks made about customers as they left were beyond inappropriate for what is supposed to be a professional setting. My fiance and I will not be returning.

The food was good but The fountain drinks were nasty. It’s like you’re in Sprite. You’re supposed to taste Keylime and lemon not like you’re drinking out of a pool.

Bad experience all around. I used the drive through and they charged my card for the car behind me. When we got that straightened out, and opened our sandwiches, there was a hair in one sub and two hairs in the other (same colored hair). I would definitely not eat here again.

Been here about 10 times so far and every single time except for one, something in our order has been wrong. For example, my husband ordered a gargantuan (most expensive sandwich) and got a turkey tom. I do add cheese to my sandwich – not there. Add bacon – I just paid $2.50 for nothing, cause it’s not there. I love jimmy johns and worked for the company for 6 years, it is not that hard. I think the problem is they have too many people working in there, it’s like playing telephone. You should be able to function with fewer bodies in there, you don’t need 12 people to do the job of 5.
Update: they’ve been much better now that they’ve been open a few months!

And Jimmy John’s response ever sub goes by weight, I have had this exact sub multiple times I never gotten a single slice. then don’t call it the big John call it tiny John. What’s not to love?
Freaky fast food that is consistantly satisfying served by people who know you want to eat.
When we travel we find JJ’s as an alternative to another mean in grease. Eating healthier is always in the back of my mind and today it is soooo easy to come home feeling less well because of the diet traveling promotes. Places like JJ’s and Subway off alternatives.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s.
My husband and I come here regularly and have never had an issue. During a busy lunch rush, we placed our order and sat at a table right next to the pickup counter. A gentleman called out only one sandwich — a Jimmy Cubano — which was my husband’s. We grabbed the bag and left, assuming both sandwiches were inside.
When we got home (15 minutes away), we realized we had grabbed the wrong order. Not a big deal — mistakes happen — so we drove back to the store to calmly explain what happened and exchange them. I even took full responsibility for picking up the wrong bag.
What I did not expect was for an employee to shove the sandwiches at us and repeatedly (four times) say, “I called the subs five times before you grabbed the other sub,” in a tone that felt like we were being scolded. This was simply not true — we were seated right next to the counter and heard the orders being called.
The mix-up wasn’t the problem. The blatant disrespect and unnecessary attitude were. We came in politely and without causing a scene, and left feeling unwelcome and embarrassed. Completely unacceptable.
I originally tried to handle this complaint discreetly through Jimmy John’s feedback options over a week ago, but I still haven’t received any response. I really hoped to address the poor customer service experience directly, but since no one has reached out, I feel it’s important to share publicly.
As a customer, I expected at least an acknowledgment, and the lack of follow-up only adds to the disappointment.

3 out of the 4 times we went the subs were made wrong. Ordered a turkey got a ham. Asked for no tomatoes got tomatoes. Ordered a veggie sub minus avacado spread add pickles. We received a sub with just pickles and cheese. The receipts were all correct to what we asked for. Maybe some more training on how to read tickets for the people making the subs?
