I ordered from wingstop tonight and the driver that was sent to deliver my food made me and my friends feel very uncomfortable. We met the driver outside, and he made up a reason for needing access to upstairs in my building for his job. I immediately thought this was concerning. He continued to text my friend for over ten minutes after the food had been delivered. i feel that this is unacceptable and that customers should feel safe when ordering food.

Showed up around prime lunch time, 12:30, and there was only one group in the restaurant already and a couple ordering at the counter. We ordered a total 14 wings and 2 orders of fries. Food took about 10 minutes to come out and for some reason all the wings were cold, not just luke warm, cold. The fries were fine, but the wings were a huge let down.

While I understand that they’re a very busy company the way they treated customers was flat out rude. As much as I try to give workers the benefit of the doubt these people were not only short and snippy but also not very open to help. When I go into a restaurant I expect good customer service and these employees made the bar I set very low after today.

I ordered mango habenaro chicken tenders, which I never had flavored chicken tenders before, and a side of fries. The tenders were pretty good but I feel like they didn’t have a kick like that flavor usually does. The fries were pretty good. Had great flavor and seasoning. There were plenty of seats available when we went.

Dirty. I got there first thing around 1115 and the place was disgusting. There was a guy behind the counter eating a chicken wing. Then later when he was preparing food he was eating a sandwich. Never again will I return.

We came to the Wingstop and their sign for the fountain drink that says no ice however, they are not advising customers that the drinks are coming out warm. If your drinks are coming out of the machine, they should still be cold. So when I asked to get a bottled drink instead He advised me he can’t replace it, and I need to be charged for it so I paid $10 for 3 drinks on top for what I paid for, The customer service needs to be better and this is the first time I’ve ever encountered any negative experience with this location

Look… I have only ordered from this location at night and I have had some bad experiences. We ordered today for lunch and it was literally perfect. The wings were extra saucy and perfectly cooked, the fries were perfectly saucy and crispy, and it was done before we could park. The day crew deserves praise! Thank you!!!
