They have a good size, varied menu. I ordered the Chorizo Scramble, it was very tasty and the serving was very generous. On the other hand the Country Potatoes were very dry and they didn’t taste like they were cooked today, hence the missing star on my rating.coffee was OK.
I’ll definitely go back to try other items on their menu before I leave.
Saw these group at the bar drinking it with bacon. So I asked the waitress for me to try and I liked it. That group saw me and gave me a set, and I also ordered another so I got 3. Way to start a Happy Sunday!
Egg – perfectly over medium
Bacon – just the right crispiness
Pancake – i like it that it’s a little dark adding a layer of flavor and went well with butter and maple.
They have a solo country singer at 11am!
Indeed, a Happy Sunday!
We had a late breakfast 10.30am, the sevice was great all the staff were happy and very inviting made you feel right at home. The food was delicious in fact best best breakfast while travelling in the month withouta doubt. (photo does not do it justice).
Plus live music started at 11am
We went with shrimp and halibut tacos and they turned out to be excellent. I preferred the shrimp which had a garlic flavor and the halibut was grilled and dryer but still excellent.
The clam chowder was excellent but a little too buttery/heavy for me but I still ate it all to the last spoon full. Hope to make it back some day to try the rest of the menue.
Summer Saturday music here is a great event.
Tried the onion rings that are tempura batter based. Very fluffy and LOTS of tempura and the onions were sweet. But too oily and bready for me.
