I really stopped in to use the restroom. However, I felt obligated to purchase something before I requested the code for the door. Personally, I do not believe they should lock the door. This is an industrial area, and this is not an area of homeless people. A customer should not have to ask for a code to use the bathroom. I would even say, even if not a customer, but they are stopping to use the restroom, they also should be allowed.
I am only one inside, I ask for code after I made my order. Female with headset is talking with drivethrou and me I guess at same time so I am not clear when she is talking to me or them..she is also talking as she is walking away, again I am not clear who she is talking to or if she even hears me…as I do not believe I have her attention. As she gives me recipe and says something again, I am assuming it is my order number for my food i am waiting for…I again say….the code for the bathroom please. She is a bit irate then saying, I told you already…0130…but I was not clear she was speaking to me…no eye contact..always moving around talking…(mostly to drivethru, I presume. She never looks at me and says..the code for the bathroom is…..”0130″.
For the place to be complete empty, it seems when she is ready to take my order, that she can focus on me..not multi-task with me and drivetgru at same time.
Very frustrating to not have the attention when it is my turn.
I ordered a double cheeseburger as it is simple and quick. This used to be a low cost item…remember when they where .99 cents, then recall it being 2 dollars something…it is $4.59. This tiny thing with ketchup pickle and one string onion is not worth it anymore. Fast food was amazing great option when it was quick, and cheap…it is no longer quick, and most definitely no longer cheap.
Bathroom: For a locked bathroom, it does not smell good and it is clear that it is not cleaned daily. Please keep the bathroom clean for the customer!
Please post a sign that you cannot take bills larger than $20.00, so we know before we pull larger bills.

Choicen History
I only review fast food places when there is something wrong with my experience. On my last visit the only thing wrong is the taste of the beef patty. I ordered a Breakfast burger and the beef did not have the flavor of beef. It didn’t taste spoiled, but just not the taste of a burger made from a cow. This is the second large chain of fast food places I’ve eaten at in the last 6 months that has changed. With all the push to sell fabricated meats, I think I’m done eating fast food. They legally do not need to say if it is or not and with all of their past social engineering commercials, I just can’t trust them.
Hopefully, you weren’t reading this to find out what style of food they have or what is good on the menu, but if you are, check someone else’s review.

Came to this establishment and the doors were locked during business hours. Horrible workers. Horrible management. Fast food workers want more money, you can’t even open the restaurant on time. Fast food is going down hill.

The drive-through staff at this time repeatedly gives customers the wrong items or leaves things out, and today was no exception. Multiple times I’ve received something completely different from what I ordered. Today, I asked for ketchup and buffalo sauce — she initially gave only buffalo and ignored me, even though she clearly knew what I wanted. When I stayed at the drive-through to wait for the missing item, she didn’t ask what I needed, she simply grabbed it and handed it over, proving she knew exactly what was missing. This isn’t forgetfulness; it’s intentional, careless, and unprofessional. Customers come here to get what they order, not to deal with repeated, deliberate mistakes.

Typical Carl’s Jr tucked in a business area. The food is good and prices are cheap. The service is fast and the staff are friendly and quick. It is rarely crowded so you can go in and out. There is also a drive thru.

Check your orders before leaving the area. Did they didn’t get my order right. Ordered a double with bacon, no tomatos or onions. They charged me for it but gave me a single with extra onions.

Placed a mobile order for a combo and after getting through the window was told a combo doesn’t have fries and I didn’t pay for it so something that costs $7 separate is somehow twice th3 price as a combo. Apparently carls is the only fasttfood place that does combos like this. Will be charging back with my bank and never returning

You guys need to bring back the old crew for this location. You could tell those people cared about their customers. They were quick, efficient, friendly and they made sure the food was presented very nicely. They made you feel welcome when you walked in. It’s a shame those people got paid less and did a much better job at customer service.

Went in drive thru at 10:50am asked for a large Fanta orange and got like 80% ice in the cup, finished the drink before I got back to work…. ask for low/easy ice in your drinks everyone….

I love this place because when I go, it’s never crowded and the service is superb. The employees aren’t too busy with the electronic orders to greet you take time to explain what’s what. It’s always super clean has decent parking.
