Ordered and paid for 2 large pepperoni pizzas. Waited over an hour just to be told they forgot to put it in the oven. The woman at the counter kept checking for my order and telling me that it would be out soon just for them to say “oh I guess it never got put in”.
Won’t ever go here again until they have some competent employees.

Spent $34 dollars to receive a dry pizza. I requested extra sauce / extra cheese and the pizza was to be hand tossed. There was no extra cheese and barely any pizza sauce. Also ordered 16 garlic bites and I asked for extra garlic butter to be applied/ well I received parmesan bites. Asked for marinara sause and a garlic butter for dipping and I was told that I had to pay even more money . I will not eat here again ever.

I ordered a pizza and had it delivered. The young lady Alexius was very nice and made the delivery quickly, but the pizza was trash. It tasted as though something on the pizza was spoiled. Of the four of us that started to eat it, everyone said it around the same time after the first bite. This was our first bad experience, but something was not right!!

Placed my order on the app. I love that you can track the progress. The store was very busy, and she let me know that it would be about 5 more minutes so I pulled back around and instead of making me wait in the line to get back to the window she brought the food out to me. Wonderful customer service & the pizza was very good.

I have had 2 not do good experiences at this Dominos in Greenwood, MS. My recent experience was 11/2/2024, I placed an online order which told me about 8-13 minutes in which I chose to pay at pickup. OK fine, after about 15 minutes, still showing on the wen site, still bring prepped, so I decided to go anyway and pay for it. After paying, still shower being prepped. No line inside or out, finally showed in the oven. App showed ready, the girl that took my money don’t say anything so I decided to go and ask for it. I got my order went out the door but stayed near the door to check order. One pizza had wrong crust *which was thin* and went back to ask about it and she said, we are out of the crust you wanted. I said, why didn’t you say that when I paid for my order. Walked out. Made it home and the other pizza was missing a topping in which I paid for. My thought is, if you’re out of something, why not let the customers know before making it. I won’t be going back, I will do another pizza restaurant. The only thing was good about it was it was hot.

I absolutely LOVEEEE DOMINOS!!!! yeah sometimes they may take a little longer to arrive at my house.. but I have NEVER received a cold pizza, or any other items I’ve purchased from them!! Definitely my FAVORITE for around here!!

The driver was fast and courteous.
The pizza was hot and good.
The salads were fresh, but they forgot to include the dressings. Medium pizza, 2 salads tax, tip delivery fee $40…. Nothing should have been left out of my order.

Usually my order is baked to specificity, but today you could tell the store was severely understaffed.
The cheese on the pizza was soggy and it must have been a long weekend, for the toppings were sparingly placed on my pizza.
Today isn’t the customer service I am accustomed to receiving.
I tried to place this review on the Domino app, but it kept prompting me to wait until I received my order.
I would recommend if store is staffed appropriately. I didn’t return the pizza or complain because the 2 males doing the work were working diligently trying to get the pizzas out. I applaud the effort.
