Besides the confused spandex wearing axx showing customer that needs of another few more sandwiches that stood less than 2 feet from me,6 feet rule was totally disregarded ,but this was our first experience here was totally delicious experience. As our meals were made completely errorless.

Online order. 3x #12 on 9 grain bread was hard and burnt. Tomato was not fresh, lettuce was yellow not green.. First time trying this location. Disappointed ☹️ We couldn’t identify who’s order was whose all customers orders I put our names and none had names!! You have one job and failed how do you burn bread and serve hard rock bread to customers?? Oregon’s Jimmy Johns on Imbre in Hillsboro knows how to make a great fresh sandwich. Take notes!!

The workers here may be young but they know how to treat their customers properly. Had a generous manager make it right when her staff was struggling, she stepped in and saved the day with a great attitude. Thank you jimmyjohns!

Long story but my big catering order somehow got cancelled because I misspelled my email by one letter. The staff was kind enough to put the order together super fast (like 10 mins) and I was able to get to my important work lunch without skipping a beat. The even threw in free cookies and brownies for all of my guests.

Delivery of two subs took over a hour. Tried to call the store multiple times, with no answer. When we finally got someone on the line she was extremely rude and told me that’s how long it takes with one delivery driver so to basically “get over it”. No attempt to rectify the situation or even offer an apology. I try to be understanding but this location is constantly like this and the rude employee made the situation 10x worse. If I wanted to wait over an hour I would have door dashed something good to eat. Freaky fast is certainly not how they operate.

I ordered delivery last night, and they missed some items in the bag. I called in, and they gave me a $6 credit over the phone. I then went in today, and the manager said there was no record of it. She started giving me attitude when I was trying to explain things to her. She wouldn’t listen, so I left and went to Jack In The Box, where at least I was treated as a welcome guest. Don’t go here because they like to scam and yell at their guests.
