My brother lives down the street from this location and he goes all the time. I haven’t had Hungry Howie’s in a few months so I went yesterday to get a personal pizza! That was the absolute best pizza I had in a very long time and I used to work at Cottage Inn. The toppings were very fresh, the pizza was hot and the young man even brought the pizza to my car which I appreciate having a bad back. I will definitely return again and again! I forgot to make a review the last time when I ordered from this location back in July but it was just as great as this pizza was! I wish they had “this” location closer to my home!

We ordered a Detroit style pizza tonight and asked for well done. What we got was an undercooked sheet of dough with a pool of grease on top, the grease was so bad. it soaked through the bottom of the cardboard pizza box and it was seriously inedible. We called and spoke to a manager and he refunded the pizza. I have never even done that before. But this was truly the worst pizza I’ve ever seen and tasted.

Unprofessional and sloppy. If you order delivery and they forget something or make it wrong, instead of refunding you or sending another driver to make it right they tell you they’ll discount your next order & put a note on your address/name for next time. Too bad that never happens and they just keep charging you full price & continue to screw up your order. Do better or you’ll keep losing customers

I honestly can’t help but laugh about this whole experience. I have not been to Hungry Howie’s in years, because there isn’t one close to where I live. I got a pizza and wings and was so excited. I finally got to my parents house and opened my wings and burst out laughing. How and why would you think this is okay to present wings like this to a customer if they are advertised as “coated in our spicy buffalo sauce”. Coated??? It looks like you opened a hot sauce packet, squeezed it on top and called it good. This is so ridiculous. Take a second and look at what I THOUGHT I was ordering vs. what I got. I hope you laugh too. I drove all the way back to the store with the wings in hand and showed them to a manager and she stared at me with a blank face and then asked me “what? did you want more sauce or something?” well yeah?! Honestly the only reason I’m even giving a second star is because I did eventually get a refund. Please don’t false advertise, you totally ruined my lunch and I will definitely not be back. PS the pizza wasn’t much better.

My order came 30 minutes late and called I called. They said I couldn’t get a refund. They said they wouldn’t remake it finally after arguing with the manager, I drove in the snowy weather and got my refund just to be bombarded by most of their horrible crew. I was willing to pick my pizza up. I thought they fix the problem? My wings , pizza and bread were ice cold they said the store manager gave them discretion to say if someone is lying I brought all of my food to the store nothing missing within 5 minutes of being delivered!! Train your employees

Very disappointed i sent my son christian to pick up our food and ordered a personal pizza and a medium pizza let me start by saying the medium pizza was awesome and the personal not so much when you have to pay for extra toppings i expect some topping i ordered steak green bell pepers and red onions and for sure i will not be placing any more orders because pizza cost 5.00 plus topping cost 9.07 next time i will just go to the super market and pick up a pizza at least you get more topping on a frozen pizza then you do ordering here let me tell you were is the steak lol
