I’ve never had longer wait times at any restaurant. Dismissive staff, with some exceptions. Chicken is never ready, so you end up with cold sides and warm chicken by the time they finally bring your food 30mins later. I ordered online, waited nearly 20mins at the house anticipating a long wait time. Drove to the kfc and waited nearly 30mins more. No compensation, nothing. Guess they’ve checked out. Food is alright but there’s no effort put in.

Made another attempt to order dinner here for my family. Once again, this location is a big disappointment as well as disrespectful to the company. I don’t understand how corporate or the franchise owner has not stepped in. The service is rude and with an attitude. They are always out of some product on days and peek hours that are in high demand. As a former restaurant manager, I would be ashamed if I found out my employees presented my business like this. I will be taking my complaint higher. We should not have to travel to another city to get the quality and customer service we deserve.

This place needs new management asap!! For one, they take forever to answer the drive through mic. I went up there 3 times this week and every single time there was no pot pies ready. One lady even told me it would take 6 hours to make and cook one so she couldn’t sell it. Like??? I used to work at KFC and that’s a lie. Lazy workers. Place really needs to be shut down.

I have never had a good experience here. This place is literally a local joke that represents the brands. There was a brief 2 maybe 3 weeks it was functional, otherwise the poorest performing restaurant in Northeast Arkansas. Honestly should be a state monument for people to drive by as a tour to know the worst place to ever get food.

They had 0 stars to give because we never got served. 3 times we’re coming here during the night and this one chick will not service. Just look at us how rude and disrespectful can’t make money by not serving people. First 2 times she did it, we got into it. So we gave it a few weeks hoping she would get fired or something, but no so rude and disrespectful and hell, the food aint that great anyway

Food was hot quick and fresh. But no paper towels in bathroom. Toilets clogged. No carbonation in the soda machine.

We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took a good 10 minutes for someone to wait on us. They didn’t have beef for Taco Bell order, my husband and I ordered chicken meal and chicken strip meal. We waited more than 20 minutes and we decided to get a refund and leave. The restaurant was not clean and the workers were not friendly. We were very disappointed and will not be going back.

The person taking orders was rude. Didn’t even know the product she’s selling. When I told her my order she said* what’s that”. Was told to pull up and wait for my order but then waited 30 . Had to call the store phone to check on my order . Said they had half of it. Waited ten more minutes after that. When the employee were at the window talking. Wasn’t even that busy. Had to go back through the drive to get my potatoes. When they brought out my food it was cold and the chicken looked to be a few hours old. Got home and about 4 hours layers I got sick from food poisoning. I’d like a refund honestly. I didn’t pay 20 dollars to get food poisoning.
