Das Barrel Room is quickly becoming one of my favorite stops. I love the decor and feel of it, well kept and comfortable. Food is very good, and the service has been outstanding every time I have been there. The owner is present in most cases, keeps things running smoothly, and is very easy to talk to. A good guy all around. Recently, I was lucky enough to fall into a visit that had a great little blues band playing which made for a fun evening. Pricing is reasonable, and parking is plentiful. You can park on both sides of the building. They also have a back patio that is great in the warmer months or just good for a breath of fresh air anytime. They also have multiple TVs with some being very large and all are up-to-date. If you haven’t been here already, it’s definitely worth your time to give it a shot.

Got the perch fish fry. The fries were good but my perch fillets were so small I miss took them for my fries when they handed me my plate.
My wife got the blackened cod. It was overcooked and tough. Flavor was fine.

Went to this establishment on a Thursday. It was very busy, but getting a beverage was not too hard. There is an open jam every Thursday, and you’d think these guys were playing together for years. People danced and had fun. Good time. Met some nice people.

We will be back to try the food and see music outdoors in summer. Very loud indoors, so it’s hard to have a conversation with anyone without shouting. Otherwise, cool place worth checking out!

Awesome small town bar, yet totally up to date interior and warm atmosphere! Stopped in there by accident and went back the day after Christmas. This place is so fun with live music and slots. The drinks are delicious, along with the food. Two thumbs way up! The deck and outdoor space look like the place to be in the summer.
