One my of favourite places in Bellevue! Very economical dishes. The $13 choose three dish lunch is perfect as you can pick any veggie/meat all authentic Chinese hunan cuisine. The 酸豆角is tasty 猪头肉 is spicy. All great! Will definitely repeat

OK, to be honest we thought this was the new location of our favorite restaurant of the same name, which is why a decided to eat there. While it turned out to not be the case we happened to be very pleasantly surprised at the selection and authenticity of the Asian cuisine. A few favorites of mine that I had enjoyed while working in China where in the buffet (oh, did i mention it’s like a buffet, they scoop), but the food and selection was vast and excellent tasting. Prices very reasonable

Diverse range of food options for buffet, although you can order additional ones but the ones within the buffet are great enough to enjoy! I wish the speed of filling water and soup could be improved but overall decent experience and reasonable pricing.

Department of Health gives this restaurant a good rating. Easily found parking at 6 p.m. on this Thursday night. Not too many people dining there. Quick service by nice people. I ordered pork belly and pickled cabbage noodle soup. The noodles are delicious and the broth was okay. The very little protein was thinly shaved pork belly. And there was very few in the bowl. Not much cabbage either. So basically it was a $10 bowl of noodles. My table mate ordered noodles with pork and there dish was tasty but again mostly all noodle. Did not feel that you got the value found at other noodle shops. Would not return because the competition is to good in the area.

I actually visited Tian Tian massage center located right next door. They have been open for only a couple of months. Excellent service, clean, quiet, great prices. Need to relax for a little bit, check them out for sure!

Had the spare ribs pork and crab wonton. The spareibs was spot on, 10/10. The wonton was good but nothing too special. Their serving is good for at least 2 persons. The staff here are nice too. Very reasonable price.

While Google still think this place is still Hot Pot Factory, and the Chinese name is still Noodles Everyday, but neither name reflects the menu of this place at this time.
There is now a big sign on the window, stating they have a Chinese lunch box for $14. They now serve this all day, every day. They do have a couple of soup noodles left on the menu, as well as some stir fried pancakes. But their main thing is now the hot food bar. You select 3 hot dishes out of the hot food bar, and the nice lady ladles them over a big plate of rice for $14.
We decided to try this out for lunch today, and this is probably the best deal in the Seattle area these days for authentic Chinese lunch plates at a low price.
Their hot bar food selection changes daily, but some of the things we tried were good: Garlic sauce pork, family style Fried tofu, stewed pork belly, eggplants stir fried with minced pork. They had 4 vegetarian dishes out of the 21 hot dishes you can choose from. If you go in as they open though, some of the dishes will not be available as they are still preparing fresh. If you arrive about 40 minutes after they open, the bar should be pretty much full.
They also have some cold food selections including Fu Chi Fei Pian, thin sliced pork esrs, and pork head cheese. For $10, you can choose 2 items from the cold bar, and you get a nice plate of those items as appetizers.
If you are in the area, and hungry for some authentic chinese food, definitely worth a visit. Your taste buds and your budget will thank you.

Decent generic Chinese food, with a bent towards northern Chinese cuisine with a few common southern dishes thrown in (ex: mapo tofu). The mostly Chinese clientele is a good indication of the authenticity of the food. Minus one star for our eggplant tofu dish being slightly too salty. Their noodles are handpulled, and beautifully al dente. Friendly service.

They have some authentic regional Chinese dishes and appetizers that you cannot find elsewhere (brain, liver, blood). The soup was extra spicy and oily (pro or con depending on you). Ordering is all done through iPad. No sauce bar. Recommend the dragonfruit paste fish cake. A bit pricey for the portion size

They serve lunch rice box where you get to pick three dishes from around 20 every day. Authentic Chinese cooking for sure.
