Best Birria I’ve had. I enjoyed everything about this place and it was also sooo cute.

Some of you might think why is the container half empty ; did I take the picture halfway eating it ? No !!! The portion of the food is outrageously tiny. Even a baby wouldn’t get full eating it and for $29+$5 tips. Definitely won’t be coming back in the future

The Baseline
The Baseline: For a Mexican fast casual restaurant the flavors of the food must make use of the prime Mexican ingredients (corn, beans, chiles, rice, cheese, and meats), preparation of sauces/salsas must be fresh, the meal portion size must make me feel full, and service must be efficient.

Food: I came in to get a carnitas burrito as a take out experience. The burrito was filled with succulent pork that had a good amount of crisp and tender pull apart meat that had tangy pickled onions mixed in next to the rice and beans. Well wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

Service: Great fast and efficient service. I had my order in less than 10 minutes and the waitress was super friendly.

Atmosphere: The table and seating was well arranged, decorated, and the tables were clean. I could come here for a quick sit down experience when I am not rushing and grabbing take out. Also they have mole which I want so a sit down experience is in my future here.

Ileana, the lady in the front taking orders, was super nice! I got two shrimp tacos to-go ($6/ea) and they were really good. A little on the pricier side for shrimp tacos, but they were really filling and the size was imo worth the money. They don’t skimp on the protein either. Their breakfast and breakfast specials are very affordable (as they can be in 2025, they still need to make a profit of course).

I cannot wait to come back and try more of their menu, especially their breakfast since that’s my favorite meal of the day

Also, they can substitute and make changes to some of their items (within reason). For example, they can make you a veggie taco with bell peppers, cactus slices, and spinach. Or no ham on their breakfast torta to make it vegetarian friendly.

Beer license coming soon!

Had dinner at this location on Saturday. My girlfriends and I were looking for some more quick and easy to eat. This place is definitely a gem. Service was absolutely amazing and the food taste fantastic highly recommend. And Price was completely in par. The older lady that served us was so nice and friendly and greeted us with a happy smile.

What a lovely place, very traditional made from scratch food. A few dishes I’ve never seen before like the dried pork and beef along with a great selection of mole

This place is lovely, bright and super clean and new. The food is beautiful too, but frankly it was a bit dry. The flavors weren’t very prominent in the moles as a result. I’ll come back and try something else, but to have the food be dry like it was late in the day when I came just slightly after noon is a bit puzzling. And everything was dry, the pork in the enmoladas, the mole sauces, the refried beans, even the rice. Hope it was just a bad day.
