Charming old-school place. Probably hasn’t changed much in a few years, doesn’t need to. Delicious food, generous portions. Try the peanut butter pie. This is where the locals come to eat and drink and they eat and drink very well. Skip the chain restaurants, and have a much better time here. If you don’t support places like this they will disappear and the world will be worse for it.

I booked a a reservation on Thursday evening for Saturday (Valentines day), and they were booked kind of solid. I ended up speaking with a manager or owner and she asked if she could call me back in 10 minutes. She wanted to try to get us in. She did indeed call back when she said she would and got us in for a time that was perfect. When we arrived (about 5 minutes early), we were taken immediately to our table. The sever was exceptionally pleasant and helpful and we could not have been happier with the quality of the food and service. As busy as they were, there was no real delay in getting our drinks or the food including the appetizer and dessert.
It’s been quite a while since we have been there, but we will definitely be back soon. In fact, as soon as we got home, I contacted both my brother and my son to try to set up tines when we can meet them and their wives there as I am positive they will be as impressed as we were.
Thank you for fitting us in, it made for a great night for me to show my wife how much I appreciate her!

First time here and was not disappointed!! So fresh and delicious friendly wait staff and food came out in a timely manner. I had the Italian chicken sandwich (no bun). Highly recommend for date night

The Italian burger! Woah. This is the move. The entire restaurant has love all around, from family recipes. A symphony of all the elements you want in a wholesome dining experience. Evelyn and her staff do a tip top job. Big parties, date night, this is the place in westfield.

This is our third year coming back here. We always plan to make sure we can dine here. Food, service and atmosphere is always great. We have tried alot of different dishes over the years and have not been disappointed in anything. We will see you again next year

Hard to overstate all the great features of the Bark Grill. First time we’ve been here but it won’t be the last. Mmmm! We were seated quickly, by VERY friendly efficient staff. The Bark Grill has a wonderfully diverse and expansive menu with many Italian options, among others. (some of tonight’s other specials were chicken & biscuits, prime rib, steamed mussels and a broiled seafood platter.) My husband ordered the spaghetti with meatballs, while I had a custom order of my own concoction– linguini with steak in vodka sauce. Excellent. The steak in particular was very tender and flavorful–something that is usually not the case when I’ve added steak to a salad or dish at other restaurants. Meatballs are also excellent per my husband. Definitely planning to come here again! Our meals were under $20 each. House wine is $5.50 per glass. Mine was a CA Pinot noir and was decent. (Note to others:. Payment is currently cash or check only, with an ATM located right inside the restaurant.)
