I love this spot. They knew my grandparents and when I eat their food I feel as if my own grandmother made it for me. Sure, it’s not flashy but that’s not what they’re about. The food is so yummy. I always order a few things to hold me over for when I go home! Seafood pancake, grilled mackeral, kalbi and Bulgogi is my go to. Their Banchan is really flavorful and kimchi is fire

A Hidden Gem After a Day at Kentucky Kingdom!
We stopped by this Korean restaurant after a fun (and exhausting) day at Kentucky Kingdom and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the owners made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, like we were guests in their home. Their warmth and kindness made the experience unforgettable.
The food? Absolutely authentic and full of flavor. Every bite tasted homemade with love, and you could tell they take pride in their cooking. It was the perfect comfort meal to end our day. I left feeling full, happy, and truly appreciated as a customer. The price was so reasonable as well! Can’t recommend this place enough, we’ll definitely be coming back whenever we are in town again!

The restaurant is run by an older couple from Korea. They are very kind and friendly, though might not look like so at first. They kimchi is great. The galbi is good. The soups are great and hot…excellent on a cold day.

Delicious and comforting Korean food!
I got the bibimbap and jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles), and both were fantastic. definitely a dish I’m excited to come back again and again for. The little lady serving was also so cute and friendly. I can’t wait to visit again. Love love this place!

I was visiting United States from South Korea and I was craving Korean food after a week.
This place was random pick from Google map but I had best Kimchi Jigae in my life, it was so authentic and nostalgic taste. I felt like it was like my grandmother did it for me back in 30 years ago.
Banchan(side dishes) was also amazing as well.

Hands down the best Korean restaurant in the whole of Louisville!!! The kind friendly old lady and man (ahjumma and ahjussi) who run this place always never fail to whip up such a delicious feast for us! The Korean seafood pancake is a must try – It’s so savoury and crispy at the edges. We also had the bibimbap and a beef broth – those are otherworldly. The side dishes, like the entrees, are also homemade and lip smacking delicious. Get the hot Korean tea when you’re here! It was the best beverage to wash those tastebuds down after that savoury, filling meal. Definitely will be back for more !!
