A very nice restaurant to eat. The food is very delicious, they have soft drinks and waters of different flavors. You can eat outside if you prefer or take food to go. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a Chinese food restaurant this is the perfect place for you.

I’m extremely disappointed with my visit tonight. I arrived at 9:13 PM — well before closing time (10:30 PM) — and the drive-thru was still open with a full dining area and cars in line. I patiently waited over 15 minutes for the honey walnut shrimp, only to find out after waiting that there was no white rice left. No one informed me while I was waiting, and I was never even told when my shrimp was ready.
This kind of poor communication is unacceptable. If a key item like white rice is unavailable, it should be made clear before customers wait around. The staff needs to be more attentive and transparent — especially when people are taking time out of their evening and giving them business.

Every time I come to this location it’s one issue or another. Either the selections are limited, or food is the same as other locations but most of all the portion sizes are always smaller than other locations I have been too. I eat at pandas about 3 to 4 times a week throughout the Central Valley and this place has 100% always let me down. I will no longer eat at this panda when I’m in Dinuba. Here’s a picture of my latest meal at this location I asked for a two entree plate with a double serving of grilled chicken with white rice and this is what I got. Plus they forgot my fortune cookie again.

I was parked for “fresh” chow mein and waited for over 20 minutes. When I finally got my food, the chicken was dried and old. The chow mein was partially cooked as you can see in the picture. We paid $27 for two meals and mine was terrible. Either over or undercooked and after a 20 minute wait.

I paid for a full bowl of food and got a half bowl. I’ll never go back there again. This isn’t the first time it has happened to me there. I don’t like being ripped off. Whoever sent this food out should be fired.

Fast service, great food!! Over all great experience, everyone was really helpful and welcoming, the portions were great and the prices very decent! The place was very clean! Including the restrooms! I will definitely come back!
