Excellent Food! Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly people. Chilled Strawberry Soup was a delicious treat. We had the special, Beef Stew today. It was Seasoned perfectly-melt in your beef with fresh vegetables. The carrot cake made in house was outstanding! An oasis on 181 that we hope to visit on future trips!

What a wonderful surprise. Who would have expected fine dining and intimate venue here? Prawns excellent. Tea exquisite. Salad scrumptious. Baguette crazy good. Coffee and tiramisu divine. All of this presented by a perfectly dressed handsome young waiter and then we had a grand visit with the owner who was intellectual and intriguing. A must go to destination.

The food is always great here and the service is good. Very friendly with the owner helping to wait tables. A very nice variety and tonight was fabulous. Our table ordered two bacon wrapped pork loins and two ribeye steaks. Ask the food was perfectly cooked including the pan seared green beans that still treated fresh but weren’t mostlyraw as too many places serve them.

Food: belly burger was good but the bun was dry. Turkey sandwich was nothing special was expecting thicker sliced non processed turkey. Atmosphere was okay but room started to fill with smoke. Mulligatawny soup different but in a good way.

This is a small dining place with an upscale yet still informal and homey ambiance. We hit an evening in which the owner was also serving and it was delightful. The food was good and the presentation professional. An altogether very satisfying dining experience.

Delicious food and fresh-brewed tea (hot and cold). A variety of sandwiches are offered in the morning and afternoon, as well as a choice between mulligatawny (my favorite) and cold strawberry soup (a close second). Friday and Saturday they serve an evening meal as well, offering two entrees that vary from week to week. Soups are not available in the evenings but tea is. Iced teas are unsweetened and flavorful. Among the hot teas, Chai latte is my personal favorite.

Food does not get any fresher than this place. The atmosphere is quaint but not stuffy. Cozy is best to describe this place. No one in North central Kansas is doing anything close to what they do here. Stop in and your stomach will thank you!

Great place! Excellent wait staff and great food! We had the BLT with a salad. The salad was delicious, the BLT needed more of the Italian mayonnaise. Excellent overall.
