The combo beef is fantastic. The meat, tendon are soft. The broth is very good. Had an imperial roll too. Portion is big too

Ordered various noodle soups for 3 people. They tasted horrible. There was almost no real meat or seafood in any of them. We ended up throwing almost all of it out. Unedible. The imperial rolls were good. The shrimp rolls were not since they sliced one small shrinp in half for each roll. Will not be back.

The pho, noticeably fragrant. 20 hours of simmering evident in the deepness of taste, buttery from the marrow drawn from bones. Clean and translucent broth, an indicator of quality. The wait time, a result of perfectly boiled-to-order rice noodles.

What’s missing in decor is over-compensated by taste. Come for a rare-find bowl of solid noodle soup — no frills, but very simply delicious.

**classic pho noticeably better than bun bo hue
** stick to the rice noodles as egg noodles not the best
** imperial roll add-on available when ordering pho

This a hole in the wall restaurant, so if you’re looking for social media boogie. You might want to look elsewhere. The imperial egg rolls were great, made with rice paper and extra crispy. Only thing though, you have to eat fresh wait too long and it will turn chewy. Inherent with rice paper egg rolls. Spicy beef noodle soup/bun Bo hue/BBH was hot and delicious. Just add chili oil at table to kick it up a notch or two. Then have dine and lots of to go business. If I lived in the area. I would definitely be a regular! Great hole in the wall!

A hidden Vietnamese restaurant in South San Francisco. Soup noodles tasted good, but the soup was oily. Big portions. Friendly service. Spacious, but the decoration is a bit outdated. Prices are a bit expensive. Will come back if I’m in this neighborhood again!

This is a hole in the wall. The restaurant has ~6 parking spots.

When we came at 5:30 on a Friday, we were the first and it filled up over the course of the next 40min.

The food is yummy! The five spice chicken is flavorful and juicy. The garlic noodles are fragrant! The pork chop is also very flavorful and fragrant and satisfying with the fried egg over rice.

The restaurant is next to the kitchen and sink is in an open area next to the kitchen. The space is not the most polished, but the food is good!

Come for a quick, casual bite or take out!

Takeout on 3/5/2021. There is no indoor or outdoor dining here.
The restaurant has a dilapidated feel to it and so does the food. I had the BBQ pork sandwich, BBQ pork vermicelli and five spice chicken garlic noodles.
– BBQ pork vermicelli – The BBQ pork was meh. The dish was just average. $11
– BBQ pork sandwich – This sandwich had plenty of meat. There was a good blend of pickled carrots and not enough cilantro, cucumber or pickled daikon. This was not bad or great. $8
– Five spice chicken with garlic noodles – The noodles hardly had garlic flavor. The chicken was cooked perfectly but was plain and didn’t have the traditional Vietnamese five spice taste. This was disappointing. $13.50
My bill was $36 including tax, not including tip.

Combination Bahn Mi was horrible. Worst tasting food I’ve ever tried. Bread was stale and dry. $15 for that sandwich was an absolute abomination

A little outdated restaurant and not that clean, but is crowded during lunch time. We ordered Pho #7 among other dishes? It was okay but not good.
