Great owners, took care of a snag I had last week. Hope the server I had before is more accommodating the next time an order is not made the way it was ordered.
The Chicago style pizza was delicious, a bit too much dough on top though.
We usually order half & half, and the only other thing I would recommend is to help identify which half is which by putting an identifier topping on top, just a little. as I seen this at another place known for Chicago style and it was very helpful to quickly identify which half was which.

If you love great pizza, this is the place to go. Made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Great variety of pizza options and their cheese bread is also great. The staff is very friendly and makes you want to come back. 10/10.

Wow, what a pie! My daughter was craving green olives, and, after trying Little Ceasars, Domino’s and Jets, we finally found this elusive topping at Carlos. I didn’t expect such a quality pie. I judge pizzas mostly by the crust. This had a nice chewiness and the bottom never got soggy. Outstanding job with the crust guys. And check out the ham on top – it is thick, hand-cut chunks of real ham. I’ll be returning to this place.

Ordered large pepperoni deep dish. Pretty sure they reheated an old pizza or used the pizza that is used for slices. Pizza was not fresh and cold in spots. Pizza was handed to me straight from oven and ate right away, no reason for it to be cold and yet have burn marks like it was cooked hot before.

I placed an online order yesterday for one Italian sub, it said 35 min wait. I got there 35 mins later and when I walked in she said it wasn’t made, not a ticket or another customer in site.

Shrinkflation is real at this place, not to mention the pizza tasted weird as heck. Used to get the chicken alfredo all the time, last time it was wrong but tasted all right this time is was right but gross and skimpy on the cheese.
