The cashier had a terrible attitude from the beginning. She didn’t greet me, didn’t say a single word during the ordering process, and kept rolling her eyes. It felt extremely disrespectful.
I ordered two sandwiches and was told to wait. I ended up waiting more than 10 minutes while at least ten customers behind me ordered and received their food. My two sandwiches were still being heated while everyone else walked away with theirs. It honestly felt intentional.

This is a very spacious place inside but you wouldn’t know that from looking at it from the outside.
Has a decent size parking lot to park especially being inside of a small plaza depending on the time you go here, especially for being along a main road too.
Has some seating towards the back for you to sit/relax & enjoy w/e downtime you have during the day; they even have some sitting along the windowsills too.
If you’re looking for a drive through this spot doesn’t have one.

The staff seems rude. I don’t know if it’s, they knew I was new in town. Or , two separate occasions I stopped in just wasn’t my day. I felt an impression, the staff wanted to chase me out of the store, watching me. I was visiting Bondvet next door, which was the reason I stopped into Starbucks. I felt very uncomfortable and not want to eat what I purchased. Definitely will avoid going there

I stumbled upon this gem of a Starbucks while in the area looking for a place to have lunch. What immediately caught my attention was the breathtaking water views and the fact that they still offer the Sugar cookie seasonal flavor, which happens to be my favorite.
I decided to place a mobile order, and to my delight, it was prepared rather quickly. Upon entering the store to pick up my order, I was pleased to find that it was clean and well-maintained. Despite a few other customers inside, it wasn’t overly crowded, making for a pleasant experience overall.
I highly recommend this location not only for its exceptional seasonal offerings but also for the ample parking and breathtaking water views. It truly offers the perfect setting for enjoying a cup of coffee or a bite to eat. Overall, a five-star experience!

It’s the place we go on vacation to avoid traffic. the toilets are not very clean and the inside of the restaurant was not very tidy either. Straw papers were thrown everywhere. however, the staff was concerned and cheerful. It was easy to get in and out as there is a parking lot outside. The view overlooks the beautiful river.

Great location to grab a Chai Tea Latte and walk-about on the Saugatuck River. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The shop is very clean. Parking is tight but well worth it for the waterfront.

I’ve given this location one star before, but last week they exceeded their lowest bar.
I’d had a few sips of my venti latte when I told my husband, on the other end of my phone call, that I had something chunky in it. I pulled over and found a SPLENDA PACKET STICKING OUT OF MY LID THAT I HAD JUST DRANK FROM.
I asked for the area manager to call me. Several days ago. Never heard back.
This was gross. I imbibed ink, unknown bacteria, and who knows what.
