Absolutely phenomenal service! We are staying at the Great wolf lodge for Christmas and didn’t want to pay their outrageous food prices so we decided on Pizza Hut. The manager here is the nicest guy I’ve ever met, he struck up a conversation with us while we waiting for our food, checked in to make sure we were ok, gave us coupons for the road, and made sure we were buying the best deal for the amount of food we wanted. I wish I lived closer to this location this is the first time I’ve had such a great experience in a Pizza Hut
( would also like to mention how clean the place was, I formerly worked at a pizza place so I can notice a clean line when I see one! The ovens are also obviously cleaned very often because it doesn’t smell burnt in the building!)10000/10 overall

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Pizza Hut location.
I placed an $80+ delivery order at 7:26 PM. The store does not close until 9:00 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 25–35 minutes. I specifically placed the order during that window because I was leaving a water park with my four children at 8:00 PM and timed it so dinner would be ready when we got home.
The order was never delivered. No one called. No one texted. No email update. No communication whatsoever.
When I arrived at the store at 9:03 PM, the doors were locked. An employee opened the door and informed me they were closed. I explained that I had a delivery order that never arrived, and she told me it had been canceled because they didn’t have drivers. When I asked why no one contacted me, her response was, “I was going to, but I forgot.”
To make matters worse, my food was sitting on the counter inside the store.
I had four hungry kids, spent almost $100, had to go out in the cold after getting out of the pool, and still had to figure out dinner at the last minute. Now I’m also waiting up to 7 business days for my refund.
The lack of communication and basic customer courtesy is unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill delivery orders, customers deserve to be notified immediately — not left waiting and stranded.

This location was everything! Brayden the general manager was so professional and very polite and was attentive to my family. Not to mention the food was fresh and delicious! Haven’t ran into such a kind individual in quite some time…We’ll definitely return!

Ordered a large stuffed crust and lemon pepper wings and the pizza was just terrible. There was barely any cheese on the pizza and was extremely cold and I did carry out! The crust was paper thin and was crunchy and tasteful. No one took pride in this order and I don’t interested how they are still around after all these years with such horrible tasting food. The chicken was decent but the dipping sauce is sold separate. Rip off. Don’t eat here.

This Gurnee location is disgusting. The windows are downright nasty! The table is as well. One guy was sitting in his truck and came in and took the orders without washing his hands. Then he went back to his truck. When I went back in to get the food, he came back inside, and no hand washing, and then passed my food. The pizza was warm, not hot. The wings were good. I will NOT go back .

I placed an order through the call center at 4:35 pm and was told my order will be ready in 20 mins. arrived at the pizza hut after 5 pm and I was told food wasn’t ready it will be 5 more minutes Then 3 to 5 minutes later I’m told my order cant be fixed because of how I ordered my wings and like I told the employee they should of told me that it couldn’t be done when I placed my order. The employee stated he hates. call center.I requested a refund to only be told my money wont be on my card for 24 to 48 hours.Pizza Hut you have to do better
